Enjoy the postcard view from your private lanai or ascend the outside steps to your private rooftop deck and a 360 degree breathtaking panorama of the ocean and the mountains. Stroll one block to the unspoiled beach at Sunset/Velzy. The studio is located across from the prestigious new Sunset Beach Colony. The location enables you to experience all the charm of living like a local in a homey atmosphere.

This second story studio, located above a private residence also has a private entrance. You'll think you're all alone. Since you'll spend most of your time outside enjoying the unspoiled beauty of the North Shore. Why spend more on a fancy hotel.

A quick breakfast or lunch can be created in the kitchenette and enjoyed on the lanai. For dinner, there are a number of the excellent local eateries. At our rates, you can save your money for activities, meals, and shopping... Don't miss out! But, beware! You might never want to leave!

The unit is 16' by 32' (512 sq. feet) with a 6' x 16' Lanai. The upper deck is about 400 sq feet. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking.

  • This getaway at Sunset Beach is amazing. I have had such great times staying at this clean and beautiful condo. The view of the ocean is wonderful. Only steps to the sand for great surfing and beach play. Just minutes from Turtle Bay Resort and Golf.

  • Consider this an investment in your wellbeing! We stayed for a week and it was truly the best vacation we ever had. It was so good for our soul to be able to lie in bed at night and hear the waves of the ocean crashing onto the shore. In the mornings, we would go out on our lanai or roof top and watch the sun rise over the ocean. The vegetation on the North side of the island is lush and tropical. It is stunningly beautiful! We could see this everyday in our 1 block walk from our apartment to the beach. The beach was quiet and serene. This apartment will help you to relax and get away from it all! Make the investment in yourself; you will be glad you did!

We loved feeling like we were at a home, not a hotel. And there were no hidden fees at check-out, as with typical hotel stays. The kitchenette is perfect for making coffee and breakfast, and the rooftop patio provides an amazing view for morning coffee or evening stargazing. See Hawaii as the locals do...it's a whole new experience! Highly recommended.
