The unit is 16' by 32' (512 sq. feet) with a 6' x 16' Lanai. The upper deck is about 400 sq feet. The sunrises and sunsets are breathtaking.

My son and I fell in love with this unit at first sight. Our son and his family live downstairs and we have the ability to stay close to our grand-children in this island paradise. During the interim, we are able to share this unique venue with others that appreciate the island ambiance that this property affords.

Long days at the beach, walking to Ted's Bakery or down the Sunset Bike path are special treats. Waimea Falls Park is a must see! The island breeze flowing gently through your sleeping area makes for a most peaceful night's rest. The sunrise over the mountains behind you help you greet another day in paradise feelng refreshed and energetic.
Surf destination in the winter. Great swimming and snorkeling fo r family in summer.
