  This is the perfect place for a family. We have stayed at Dolphin watch 2 years in a row and are hoping to stay a third time in 2013. The house has plenty room, beautiful views to the beach and is just a short walk down to a little inlet where our girls love to play!

  Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, age 55+.

  Dolphin Watch I is the perfect retreat for play and wave watching - whether from the spacious deck or the sands of the beach just below. We had small children along, and being able to go back and forth from the property to the beach without loading up towels, toys, and food each time was easy. The bedroom split is perfect for two families, the living area is comfortable, and the kitchen is well-stocked. We love the location since we enjoy the amenities of Seaside, a ten-minute drive from the property. You won't want to miss the weekly concert in its amphitheater where children run and play and adults enjoy the band as the sun sets. The property owners are welcoming and accommodating, another reason you will want to return to the beautiful sands of Dolphin Watch I!

  We loved our stay at this wonderful family vacation house in July 2011. It was perfect for us (3 young kids). We were able to sit on the deck and watch our oldest play on the beach while helping our younger two get ready. Everybody was happy and could move at their own pace. The great location made it extremely convenient for coming and going between the house and the beach for potty breaks, snacks, naps, etc. The beach is gorgeous, and it's just a few steps down from the deck! There is a deck level/landing right below the main deck of the living unit, with an outdoor shower and a great place to store beach chairs & toys, etc. It's well stocked with items that have been left behind by others or that belong to the owners. We loved having an outdoor grill with a beautiful beach front view. The area around this house is devoid of high rise hotels or condos, and there is no public parking near the public beach access. So the beach here is very pleasantly uncrowded. For a change of pace, Eastern Lake is just a short walk down the beach, and it's a great place to play in very shallow fresh water. The owners were wonderful to work with and even called on our first full day to make sure we had everything we needed. The property is currently managed by the owners' adult daughter, who played on this beach and in this house when she was a little girl. (We thought that was neat.) Everything about the listing was accurate. It's a very clean, well-maintained family beach house with spectacular views of the Gulf Coast. We will definitely consider staying here again, and I would recommend it to anyone, with no reservations.

  This home was an excellent rental choice for my family. We had a great time! I would definitely advise anyone looking for a home that is within steps of the beach and in a wonderful, family friendly community. Grocery store within minutes, as well as shopping and dining. Everything is within biking distance.

  My wife and I enjoyed our stay at Dolphin Watch, very much. Everything related to our house was more and better than we could have asked for. The Dophin Watch was very comfortable for my wife and I, and a great place to entertain friends and family. The location was perfect, great for golf, shopping and many good restaurants, not to mention the beauiful beaches and water, our month went by too fast. We would recommend Dolphin Watch to any type of vacationer, because it offers everything, and we look forward to our next visit.
