1 bathroom with shower/tub
This has been our much beloved second home since 2004. We use it often ourselves and therefore take great pride and care in ensuring that it is well maintained, clean, and kept very comfortable with all of the amenities of home.
The kitchen is fully equipped, including dishwasher, stove, oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee grinder and maker, and dining table for 4.
In the living room, there is an easy-to-use theromstat controlled gas fireplace, TV with cable, DVD player, high speed internet, comfortable chair, couch, and attractive mountain decor table. The couch opens to an extremely comfortable sofa bed that has a regular sofa bed mattress, as well as a built-in inflatable mattress layer on top of that. The inflatable mattress layer ensures that you do not feel the sofa bed's supporting bars or suffer any of the other discomforts that are often associated with regular sofa beds. The living room has a window that looks down the valley, as well as sliding glass doors that open to a private patio and seating area. The patio looks out across the pine tress towards the Wasatch hills.
There is a beautiful furniture set in the bedroom, including queen size bed with memory foam mattress topper, large dresser, and cable TV. There is electric heat in the bedroom, and a window that opens to let in the fresh mountain air.
The bathroom has shower, tub, and 2 separate entrances and sink areas, so guests staying in the living room need not disturb guests staying in the bedroom to access the bathroom during the night.
It is just an easy 60 second walk from the condo to the clubhouse. At the clubhouse, there are 4 outdoor tennis courts (summer only), 2 big outdoor pools (1 heated to about 97 degrees during winter), 1 outdoor kiddie pool (summer only), 1 outdoor hot tub, 1 indoor hot tub, sauna, locker rooms with showers, and coin operated washers and dryers.
The condo is walking distance to the slopes at The Canyons, but you may also prefer to drive your gear down to the nearby parking lot where you can jump on the Cabriolet Gondola. And although the condo is technically not ski-out, we can easily ski down to the Cabriolet Gondola right from the front door. (When it snows, you have to break trail, but the ride becomes easier with each subsequent ski or snowboard track as your trail will become more compacted.) The Canyons has 4,000 acres of terrain and allows skiing and snowboarding. It is 1 of the 5 largest single mountain ski and snowboard resorts in the country.
There is a free shuttle bus all throughout Park City that runs every 30 minutes during the day, so getting to Old Town, the factory outlet stores, the cross country track, the golf course, the supermarket, or the other ski resorts is simple and easy even if you do not have your own car.
In addition to being walking distance to The Canyons, there are 9 other world class mountains nearby:
Park City Mountain Resort (PCMR)... about 3 miles away
Deer Valley... about 5 miles away
Snowbird... about 45 minutes away
Alta... about 45 minutes away
Solitude... about 45 minutes away
Brighton... about 45 minutes away
Sundance... about 45 minutes away
Snowbasin... about 60 minutes away
Powder Mountain... about 60 minutes away
(Sorry snowboarders, Deer Valley and Alta allow skiing only.)
It's an easy 35 minute drive (allow extra time during snow storms) from Salt Lake City airport (SLC) to the condo. There are taxis, shared-ride vans, and rental cars available at the airport.

We have stayed several times at this condo and have really enjoyed ourselves both times. The condo is very cozy. The kitchen is small but well equipped, the beds are comfortable and the condo is always very clean. The owners are very accommodating and the location of the condo near Canyons Resort is very convenient. It is also quick and easy to get to Deer Valley and Park City Resorts. We would definitely recommend this property to other guests.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Stayed for 5 nights and it was a great experience. The condo was clean and stocked with everything we needed (soaps, towels, etc). The bed and pull-out sofa were both incredibly comfortable. 4 Adults can stay here pretty comfortably. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook meals. The fireplace was great to warm up and dry off our wet ski gear. Check in/out times were generous and made it easy for travel. Communication with the owners was excellent. They answered questions about the area, gave us all the info we needed about the condo, and got back to us right away when they received payment and after we checked out for the deposit. The clubhouse with hot tubs and a heated pool are about a 2 minute walk. If it's below freezing out, that might be a little far to make it in just swim trunks and a t-shirt, as we discovered. Bring your jacket. Also, the hot tubs can get crowded on Weekends, but they are worth it. The main base area of Canyons Resort is less than a 10 minute walk away, with the Red Pine gondola and Orange Bubble Express. The Orange Bubble has heated seats, but they were not quite as warm as we expected. If you're going to spoil the skiers, at least go all out. There are some nice bars at the main base of Canyons, and if you end up breaking your gear like me, the repair and rental people at Canyon Mountain Sports, also in the base area, are super helpful and friendly. It is possible to ski down to the Cabriolet Gondola from the condo, but do not try to make the reverse trip. Especially on a snowboard. Lesson learned. And if you are about to get on a lift and someone asks if you want to take a survey, say yes! They give you coupons for free hot chocolate! Stay here. The condo is great. Canyons is a great mountain.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband and I got this condo as an anniversary get away. We aren't skiiers, but enjoy other winter activities so choose Park City. The listing was accurate. Kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed. The property was clean and well-maintained. We couldn't figure out how to get the TV to work. We called the owner who was happy to help walk us through it. Through the whole process, she was very good to work with. My only complaint was that it was 40 degrees when we got there because the heat hadn't been kept on. It took 3 hours just to get it to 61 degrees when we went to bed the first night. Just recommend that in the winter, the heat be left on when it will be rented out that day/night. Other than that-it was perfect for us. Would definitely recommend this property.Recommended for: Tourists without a car, families with teenagers, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

Our family of four--mom, dad, and two teen-aged daughters--traveled to Park City from Texas over Christmas break to visit friends and ski a little. We were very content in our cozy little condo! When we weren't out and about, the girls literally "lived" on the pull-out sofa--they loved that it was in front of the fireplace AND television, with the kitchen just steps away--true kid paradise! The gas fireplace not only heated the entire condo well but added a nice ambiance. The "Jack & Jill" bathroom set-up was really convenient-gave everyone enough counter-space and privacy. The kitchen was small but perfectly functional--good-quality pots/pans/utensils and appliances made cooking easy. We were close to the Cabriolet transport to the Canyons Lodge which made skiing a breeze. The hot tub at the nearby club house was great after skiing--time your visit during the dinner hour to avoid crowds! We had a couple of questions upon arrival that the owner answered despite the fact that it was Christmas night! She was also very accommodating of our travel schedule. We highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable home-away-from-home in Park City.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing, families with young children.

We spent a long weekend here with friends and the condo was perfect for the four of us as well as being a great value. The pull out bed was the most comfortable we've ever slept on and it was cozy to wake up to the fireplace going and the snow falling outside the window. The dual sink areas also made sharing a bathroom easy. We couldn't have asked for a better location - we cross country skied in the national forest, and downhilled at both The Canyons (without having to get in the car) and Deer Valley, and finished every day with a soak in the hot tub. Highly recommended!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway.

I have stayed in this condo during the winter and summer. It by far is the best location in the Park City area. It's so close to everything. You can downhill ski, cross-country ski and snowboard during the winter and mountain bike, hike and swim during the summer. This is the perfect spot if you want a fun filled vacation!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, age 55+, romantic getaway, girls getaway, sightseeing.

This is a great condo! It is the perfect mountain getaway. You can ski down to the Cabriolet lift and easily walk to the village. The condo is very close to the hot tubs and pool. The pull out sofabed was very comfortable - definitely not your typical sofabed. I will definitely be back!Recommended for: Tourists without a car, adventure seekers, romantic getaway, families with young children.

About the owner: We are wife and husband and this has been our home away from home since 2004. We are avid outdoor enthusiasts who love travel and the mountains. We personally stay here several times each year, throughout each season, so it is naturally very important to us that the condo is always as clean and comfortable as can be. In the winter, we love alpine skiing and snowboarding at the resorts, as well as cross-country skiing on the groomed tracks and in the local backcountry trails. When the snow melts, we love hiking and biking the endless local trails. We love to cook in as well as go out to sample the many local restaurants. We'd love to share our local knowledge with you!
