Our beautiful one bedroom condo is across from a large park and the best beach in Maui. The very dry climate means you are virtually guaranteed a spectacular sunset every evening. Our condo has a partial ocean view and is in easy walking distance to Kihei Village. Beach chairs, snorkling equipment, and beach toys "come and go", but we try to keep these items in stock at all times. We have an AC unit in the bedroom as well as the main unit in the livingroom.
We live nearby and check the condo often to make sure it is in perfect shape. On 5/15/11 we completed an entire remodel on the middle bathroom. The master bath was done 2 years ago. We clean the condo ourselves - my wife is very particular!
Kamaole Sands is a large complex but is spread out over ten acres. The pool area is truly a nice, friendly, safe area with lots of chairs and tables. There are two jacuzzis and one kiddie pool. There are four very nice tennis courts as well. Also, you can reserve one of several barbecue areas and enjoy your picnic right on the grounds.
