Our beautiful one bedroom condo is across from a large park and the best beach in Maui. The very dry climate means you are virtually guaranteed a spectacular sunset every evening. Our condo has a partial ocean view and is in easy walking distance to Kihei Village. Beach chairs, snorkling equipment, and beach toys "come and go", but we try to keep these items in stock at all times.
We live nearby and check the condo often to make sure it is in perfect shape.
Kamaole Sands is a large complex but is spread out over ten acres. The pool area is truly a nice, friendly, safe area with lots of chairs and tables. There are two jacuzzis and one kiddie pool. There are very nice tennis courts as well. Also, you can reserve one of several barbecue areas and enjoy your picnic right on the grounds.

ADD 12.% Hawaii State Excise Tax & Transient Accommodations Tax.
$200 Deposit to hold dates, balance in full paid 30 days from arrival.
Cancellation inside 30 days of arrival, forfeit Deposit.
Cancellation outside 30 days $50 charge. Personal checks accepted.
Maid Service available upon request ($20. or $40. a day)
We also rent with an agency so we require 60 days notice prior to arrival
to rent, but please check with us as they are flexible with that policy.
