Exceptional Villa located in East Beach on Night Heron Lake. Excellent view of Night Heron Lake from the master bedroom, kitchen, living room, and deck. Sanctuary and East Beach Center are both in walking distance. You will be one hundred yards from Night Heron Park and all the family activities at the park. A two-hundred-yard walk across the street to the ocean. Two bedrooms are upstairs which provide privacy upstairs and downstairs. TVs in both bedrooms. Cable hookup on all TVs. Casual, elegant decor makes this villa comfortable and relaxing.
Our home is conveniently located for families looking to be close to the Kiawah Island activities and the beach. These individual home Villas are located in a quiet, beautiful area surrounded by moss covered live oaks and palmetto trees.
You will find an easy walk to the nature center, beach areas, and many of the other island amenities or enjoy the many bike trails....too many to cover them all in a week's time! Try riding on the beach at low tide! The island has many deer and birds to observe. Take a morning walk to the beach and view the sunrise or experience the sunset in the evening. You have exclusive Resort Privileges enjoying golf, pools, tennis and much much more.
Our beautiful 2 bedroom/2.5 bath Villa is warm and inviting. This modern home, yours during your visit, will provide you with comfort finding everything you will need for a wonderful vacation. I spent hours online trying to find the right accommodations and then I read about this villa. Sometimes the description can be misleading. This one was everything as described and all we hoped it would be and more. Lovely interior with an updated decor as shown in photos. Our balcony had a wonderful view of Heron Lake. The owners were so helpful answering my many questions before we arrived. The villa was really close to the pool and beach! While we were there our 1 year old grandson had his first bike ride with his dad loved the pool and explored the beach. Great vacation. We look forward to returning and I would definitely recommend this property to friends and family. Thanks!Recommended for: Sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.
