  My three sisters and I made a last minute arrangement to travel to Shanghai just for fun. We were so thrilled to find this beautiful condo. This unit is spacious, clean and well equipped with all the amenities. Mixed fruit and drinking water were available for us when we arrived. We couldn't ask for anything more. We were on stand by tickets and Agnes, the owner was so gracious and accommodating with our last minute changes with our flights. She made our trip memorable , exciting and worry free! The location is fantastic ! We love the huge supermarket and Starbucks coffee around the corner. We will definitely would love to stay at this place again on our second trip to Shanghai, yes, my family and I are already talking about flying again next year before our visas expire. Truly a great experience and highly recommended place!

  Recommended for: Adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, tourists without a car, age 55+, girls getaway.

  We stayed at this apartment for 6 nights, and enjoyed it tremendously. The location was perfect, walking distance to a metro station, and across the street from restaurant, grocery store and Starbucks (if you need coffee). Several nights we would walk around this section seeking dinner, and there were many options to chose from. The apartment itself was very nice. The bedrooms were spacious, and very clean, great bathrooms and good kitchen. We would definitely stay here again if we come back to Shanghai!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, adventure seekers, sightseeing, families with young children, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, age 55+.

  This property was in pristine condition and very comfortable. There was plenty of space, it is a full 3 bedroom, 2 full bathrooms, with a large open area in the middle for gathering and eating and a full kitchen. We had bacon and eggs in the morning and 'New York Pizza' at night (it's probably the best pizza you are going to get in Shanghai, there is an outlet near an exit of JingAn Temple and they deliver). There is also a Starbucks and Tesco (large supermarket) just across the street. It is a short walk to the subway, the apartment is right in between JingAn Temple and JiangSu Road, we took both Line 2 and Line 7. Quency, the property manager was amazing. He was welcoming, accommodating, and very helpful. The transaction was painless and secure. If you are coming to Shanghai and want to enjoy the French Concession, West Nanjing Road, People's Square, and other great locations, this is a good home-base. It is a serviced apartment attached to a hotel, so you get access to a lot of the amenities of the hotel, like a huge massage place, the ladies took advantage of the massage place and got foot massages at night. Very reasonable prices too! The only suggestion I would have for the owner is to install wireless internet in the apartment. We got wireless internet access in the lobby of the hotel which wasn't too inconvenient, but in-apartment wireless would be nice. Well done Agnes, we had a wonderful stay!

  Agnes - thanks so much for renting your apartment to us last month - we were thrilled to find the apartment looked exactly as the website advertised - the location was perfect and we were able to walk to so many lovely restaurants near by - and a variety such as Chinese, Irish Pubs, Thai, French, Western etc. It was also very close to subway station, starbucks and grocery store right across street. I would definitely recommend your home to my friends who travel often to Shanghai and have in fact given your contact information to a travel agent I use. If I return to Shanghai, I will certainly contact you first. Thanks so much again!
