  I am so happy that we found this property! My family and I were visiting friends that live in the area and this rental was a perfect fit. It was my husband and I, our two young sons (6 and 1), my brother and his wife. First of all, the accommodations were impeccably clean and tastefully furnished. The beds were comfortable and spacious. The layout of this house is really great, too, there was plenty of room for the kids to play in sight while we relaxed and socialized. There is a gorgeous fireplace that warmed up the entire space as well. This is a no brainer for any family debating between a rental or a hotel. I'm looking forward to coming back in the warmer months when we can enjoy the bbq and the pool, too! Helen was incredibly friendly and accommodating. She even set us up with a pack and play and high chair for our one year old. First class all the way. Thank you again for a wonderful stay!

  This was a great stay. This photos are accurate. The home was clean and a very pleasant to stay. The kitchen was great for those days we didn't feel like exploring or trying to make 2 year old twins sit still for a long time. Helen, the manager was wonderful! H

  This is an ideal location and an ideal house situated on a very impressive, mansion-filled boulevard. We were walking distance to a nice park, 5 minutes from Universal Studios, 20 mins to Magic Mtn., about 30 mins to the beach, not to mention all the other places we didn't have time for! We were beyond thrilled with our stay and the quality of the house, it's furnishings, the amenities and how wonderfully helpful our hostess, Helen, was throughout our entire vacation. We would highly recommend staying here. The stay here is at the top of our list of best places we went to on our USA holiday. We will be back for sure! Love Joseph & Erica Copenhagen, Denmark

  Why would anyone ever stay at a hotel when you can stay here! We had a whole house and private pool and gorgeous kitchen! And this property has everything that you could possibly need was there and more! Pots, pans, cooking utensils, spices, condiments, outdoor BBQ, books, games, they have a working Xbox for goodness sakes! We were even greeted by a nice fruit basket with cookies and water. Helen, the hostess, was warm and friendly and the best. Breakfast was so nice in the sunroom and the heated pool couldn't be nicer. We would live there! I have no complaints and Helen could not be nicer. We would definitely stay again.

  Staying at this house was perfect! So much better than being in a hotel. Helen was the ultimate hostess. We had considered other places but I'm so glad we chose this house because it was beautiful and clean and spacious and more lovely than the pictures online. The whole house is filled with sunlight! And even though it was cool weather by LA standards, Helen turned on the pool heater for us and we got to enjoy the huge fantastic pool! Our only regret was that we couldn't stay longer!

  We have loved staying at the Chandler House. It was clean, comfortable and you couldnt imagine a better home away from home. The neighborhood is great, the interior is tasteful, the linens are nice and the pool is a huge bonus, especially for kids! Helen was extremely helpful and friendly. Much better than a hotel or corporate housing. We would definitely stay here again!

  What a perfect house! We couldn't believe it. We've stayed in rental houses before but never anything as nice as this. It's bigger and nicer than the pictures and infinitely best than a hotel room (especially for a family!). First of all, it's located on a fancy tree-lined street that has many mansions on it. As a matter of fact, I recognized one of the houses down the street as the mansion that is used on the TV show "Beverly Hills 90201"! Second, this rental house feels like a home. The quality of the furnishings and decor is very high and there are games and cooking supplies and even an X Box for the kids. Third, the pool and backyard are wonderful. There's currently an empty lot on the street directly behind this rental house so the backyard was very private. The built-in BBQ area is really nice and the pool is very large and there's even a door from the master bathroom that opens directly to backyard, which made it easy for the kids to make a quick trip to the bathroom even when soaking wet. It also made it possible for my husband to very easily get of bed in the morning and go for a dip in the pool before showering or waking me up. I wish we could live there! And it is so much better than cramming into a hotel room! We loved having so much space and being in such a comfortable, super-clean, very well-kept and beautiful place. We will definitely be back!

  I loved it and was very impressed and also very comfortable. The location is ideal and the house itself is fantastic. Every amenity was first class and the place was thoughtfully filled with everything to make our stay wonderful. The kitchen seems brand new and perfect. I also loved the room below the living room and how it had glass French doors overlooking the pool. When it was cool out it was wonderful to sit inside with the bright beautiful view of the backyard, and when it was warm I could unlock the doors so that they opened up the whole back of the house onto the backyard. It felt like a very Hollywood thing to have the house flow from indoor to outdoor like that. It's so bright and welcoming and pretty that I really enjoyed my stay and highly recommend it.
