The location is second to none - you are on the mouth of Charleston Harbor but there are sand dunes and beach as well with only a 15 minute commute into the 'Holy City' of historic downtown Charleston.
Each condo has large porches, living room, fully-equipped kitchen, and these are the ONLY OCEANFRONT CONDOS that you can rent on Sullivan's Island so take advantage of this unique opportunity! All stays from June 1st through Labor Day are 7 days from Saturday to Saturday. All other times there is a 3 night minimum.

Spring/Fall (March, April, May, Sep., Oct., Nov.)...$1300/week
Winter (December, January, February) .. $1100/week.
Monthly Rentals available in the Winter .. $2500/month + Taxes.
June, July, August and Labor Day require Saturday to Saturday stay
All other times require 3 night minimum, please call for availability
If less than a 7 night stay add housekeeping fee of $70.00
Linens furnished - sheets and towels**500.00 refundable security deposit required
