I come back to Sullivan's Island as much as I can and I stay at this condo every time. It is the perfect "beachy" escape -- wonderful living areas, big kitchen, renovated bath and a perfect porch facing the water. Delightful for sitting and reading a book and watching the big ships go by as the sun sets. Steps away from the beach -- for sunbathing or taking long, lazy walks. The condo is charming and well appointed, yet casual enough to feel relaxed. I never want to leave. The entire experience, from renting to arriving to enjoying every day we were there was perfect.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway.

the condo is just as presented, everything was clean and welcoming. the location is perfect for being at the beach during the day, and Charlestown for dinner! truth be told, though, we could hardly bring ourselves to leave the screened-in porch. Loved Sullivan's Island in the Fall.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We love this location! And the condo is so clean and cozy! It is the perfect place for my family (myself, husband, and 3 yr. old daughter). Even the kitchen is stocked with high quality items and has everything you would need! We spent so much time enjoying the screened in porch. It was nice to just listen to the ocean and watch the huge ships go by. My daughter loved it! This place felt like a home away from home for us.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Have rented many places in the Charleston area. This is now my favorite spot to return to year after year.Whether you are rocking, swinging or enjoying a meal - the screened porch offers spectacular views of the Charleston Harbor. Inside the house is lovely, even more important - very comfortable, and the kitchen is stocked with all you need to prepare a quick cup of coffee or a complete dinner. The newly renovated bathroom is the perfect final touch. The owners have filled their home with lovely touches. I feel more like a house-guest than a renter!Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

My husband, daughter (age 2), and I stayed at this condo for 1 week. We had a wonderful vacation! The condo is exactly as represented in the pictures. The space is small, but efficient. The bathroom renovation is nice. The DVD player stopped working while we were there, and the management company had a new one for us in one day. We were pleased with the functionality of the space and the décor. The large ships coming to and from the port are so much fun to watch. Our daughter loved them. The dolphins also play off the shoreline. The Adirondack chairs are a great place to sit and watch the ocean. The cottage is ocean front so you only need to walk out your door to get to the beach. It is on a relatively major public access road so on the weekends the beach fills up more quickly. But the week is nice and quiet. This is a great vacation spot for one or two couples or a small family.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

We stayed in this lovely home the second week in May and have been raving about it ever since. The location is perfect. Every morning after breakfast we had fantastic walks on the beach - not a bad way to start the day - and wonderful evening strolls before bedtime. In between we explored the forts, the plantations, and Charleston itself. There was so much to do that at times it was difficult to decide. Overall I would rate this as one of my best vacations ever and would love to visit again in the near future.Recommended for: Age 55+, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Our family of 2 adults and one teenager chose this location for our spring break trip to Charleston-area. The condo was perfect for our needs, great location right on the beach and easy access to downtown Charleston. The property is well maintained and the availability of a dish washer and washer/dryer on location was great. The property managers were very helpful in arranging out stay. Sullivan's Island is a nice, quiet location close to all the activity of Charleston.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, sightseeing.

No better rental location on SI. Well appointed. Gorgeous sunsets. Great beach walks. Peace & quiet depend upon who is occupying other three condo's. Generally good neighbors. Adjacent beach access road busy, but usually not a problem in March. We hope to return next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, romantic getaway.

This is a fantastic location and place to stay with your family. We have two children both under the age of 3 and they just loved it. We spent a big part of the day on the screened porch playing and watching the boats go by. It was really entertaining for them both. The set up is great - the new owners have really done a fantastic job. Love the decor, beds were comfortable, kitchen was set up well. Most important... everything was clean!!! Thanks again, The Kelly'sDid you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Cozy, clean, casual yet everything and more than we needed. Photos and listing were accurate. Great tucked away location. Loved Adirondack chairs on the beach for morning coffee and evening sunsets. Great bicycle riding, convenient way to see historic places, neat little shops, bars and restaurants. As a huge fan of E. A. Poe, I was excited to learn about his stay on Sullivan's Island. Of course, we went to Poe's Tavern. What a treat to see all the Poe memorabilia. We will definetly return and hopefully many times.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, sightseeing.

Fabulous location! Great view of the ocean, as photos show and as described. The condo was even nicer that the pictures showed which was a wonderful surprise. Everything was well maintained and supplied with up-to-date equipment. Kitchen was well stocked. Wonderful porch and large yard. Very convenient to Mount Pleasant and Charleston for activities and shopping or you would never have to leave the island! Great eating places near by. The owner was very helpful. We have already recommended this property to several friends.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

An idyllic spot!! I loved sitting on the adirondack chairs at the edge of the huge lawn (perfect for kids to play) bordering the dunes. From there I could look at the wide beach, the varied boats coming and going from Charleston harbor, Fort Sumter, and the gorgeous Charleston bridge. When our family had enough sunbathing and swimming, we explored the other Civil War fort right across the street, along with the trails and undeveloped, uncrowded beach area in front of the fort. It was a good thing there were lots of opportunities for exercise because I don't think we've ever eaten so well on another vacation! Not only does Sullivan's Island have wonderful restaurants, getting to Charleston's countless seafood restaurants is fast and easy. My teenagers also loved all the shopping nearby and in Charleston. The photos accurately reflect that this isn't your typical beach condo. From the historic building to the renovated, beautifully decorated rooms, this rental lives up to your expectations. Parking on the side of the building makes it easy to bring in your suitcases and groceries. We slept wonderfully in the well appointed bedrooms (it is quiet here!). The screened front porch was a favorite place for eating breakfast and late afternoon reading, after we had gotten plenty of sun. My husband really appreciated the wifi since he brought his laptop with him (it made it easy to check movie theatre schedules and research menus!). It was so peaceful being right on the beach, especially since there aren't any packed hotels or condos nearby. Yet there was still plenty to see and do in the immediate area. We will absolutely try to return here; definitely recommended!Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0

Enjoy your morning coffee sitting in the swing on the wonderful screened porch as you listen to the sound of the waves, the gulls, and the ocean breeze bringing the excitement of the new day. Just a few steps away from the beach, and you're ready to work on that summer tan or sit and read the latest novel. Take a day from the beach and visit the nearby historical sights and bask in real world southern charm as you stroll through downtown Charleston with its wonderful restaurants and shoppes. Drive or bike around Sullivan's Island and stop to enjoy lunch at the local eateries. The property is beautifully decorated with all conveniences, including wi-fi. There is such an ambiance that the minute you walk into the living area, you are ready to kick off you shoes, grab a cool beverage, and let the stress just begin to melt away. What more could you ask for in a beach condominium? One stay will bring you home: time and time again.Did you find this review helpful? Yes | No Helpful votes: 0/0
