  I had a bunch of family coming in from across the country for my graduation. Instead of renting multiple hotel rooms and being separated, renting this house was a perfect solution for enjoying everyones company while getting to eat home cooked meals - felt just like home. It was a cozy place, spacious enough for 6 people (3 bedrooms with 3 full bathrooms). The kitchen was a great size and there were ample dishes/pots/pans to work with. We all LOVED the deck outside. Unfortunately, the weather wasn't the best but we still made good use of it! Jim was great to work with, very helpful and made himself available. The property was clean and very much accurately reflected in the pictures posted. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone and everyone!!!

  I cant say enough about this house and the owner Jim. Jim was courteous, friendly and very helpful. When we arrived at the house he called to make sure we made it in safely and if we needed anything. The house was more beautiful than the pictures on the website. Everything about the house was comfortable and fully stocked with everything you could ever want in a rental home, including spices to cook with. We come to Lexington every year for the Kentucky Derby and enjoy a family get together at Keeneland Rack track which was only a 15 minute drive away. Excellent location! Everything from restaurants, grocery stores, a Walgreens with a Redbox and gas stations were 2 blocks from the house. If I could add anything to this house it would be a t.v. in every bedroom. There was 2 televisions in the house, one in the master bedroom and one in the living room. The other two bedrooms didn't have a television so its a little inconvenient if you want to get away from the group and relax for a while. But overall this was an excellent choice for our vacation. Thanks again Jim for sharing your home with us.

  My boyfriend and I stayed there with two other couples for a weekend in April; we were going to Keeneland for opening day. The house was very clean, it had a big kitchen with all the kitchen supplies we needed (and we cooked some big meals). We each got a bedroom and all the bedrooms were very comfortable. Jim was really great to work with; very flexible, accommodating and available via cell phone. The listing description was accurate - it looks exactly like the photos. Keeneland wasn't that close, but Jim had warned us about this when we booked with him. Outside of downtown Lexington, the house seemed to be in a very nice neighborhood. It was really exactly what we needed, very reasonably priced too! I would recommend it to family and friends.

  This home is very nice with 3 bedrooms, is just off Man of War Blvd. Man of War Blvd has many decent places to eat. Keeneland is but 20 drive way. The home allows you to cook all your home meals and live like at home. Also, you can park your car in garage. Wash your clothes. Prices for rent are better than a suite at the hotel. Well recommending renting this to anyone.

  Excellent vacation rental. Pictures accurately describe rental appearance, in fact unit appeared even better than pictures. The home was very comfortable with all amenities needed for an enjoyable stay. My husband and I have rented many vacation rentals and the process was smooth and simple. Jim was very helpful and easy to work with. Absolutely would rent this home again. In fact we visit Lexington every year on Easter and definately will be back.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, girls getaway.

  We had orginally planned to have 6 people stay here for the NCAA tournament at Rupp, but for various family issues, only my brother and I could attend. Would have been plenty big enough for 6. The house was perfect, clean and had anything there in the way of kitchen untensils, bath towels, etc that you could need. Nice loacation right off I-75, in a nice subdivision, close to lots of eating and shopping places. Garage was a nice plus. 6 miles from Rupp/downtown. We could leave the house and be in our seats in 30 min or less, even on game days. If we ever come back we will try to rent here again.

  House was great and in the perfect location. Jim was very helpful and maintained good contact. I would definitely rent this house again if i ever am back in Lexington.

  This is our second time to stay in this home. As before, Jim, the owner, was so ready to help us in anyway but everything we needed was already there so all we had to do was relax and enjoy our time with our family who all live nearby. I enjoy there being plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms! The upstairs bedroom and bath is very private (as opposed to a hotel, one room, one bath!!) we are now spoiled!! We enjoy the fenced yard and deck and the many dishes in the kitchen plus plenty of nice clean towels. My husband's favorite thing is the garage going right into the home! We feel that Jim is still doing a great job!

  My family which included my two children and their spouses loved the house. It was a fantastic location in Lexington. So much better than hotel rooms! The kitchen is a great size and well supplied to cook meals in. I would have given the house four stars if the fireplace would work!

  This place is as described. Very clean and comfortable. Great location on the east side of Lexington. Shopping and restaurants and park all nearby. Kitchen and bathrooms were great. Would definitely rent again. No problems. That said, hot water was insufficient for six adults, ambient air temp is inconsistent room to room, one mattress better than another, towels ready for updating, couldn't get faux fireplace to work.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, age 55+.
