  As first time vacation renters the owners made our stay very accomodating. Any questions or concerns we had we taken care of within an hour. The home far exceeded or expectations and we would love to go back there again. There are no words to really describe our fabulous time here. Thanks Brian and Connie

  Really, really, really a wonderful quiet place to stay. Easy access to all beaches in the area. No problems at all. Comfortable, clean and just what one needs for a quick getaway. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

  Beautiful! Loved the whole experience. Quite neighborhood. Just a few minutes from the beach. Very nice place with all of the comforts of home. Even had beach chairs! Isabella, the owner, is wonderful. She took the time to give us some tips on where to find parking at the beach and what other places to visit. Thanks Isabella! We loved the whole experience.

  We were BLESSED to be able to rent this beautiful efficiency due to a cancelation. We were down in Florida adopting our little girl who was in the NICU much longer than anticipated. After one night in a local hotel at $120 (NOT a nice hotel at ALL - I'm still itching) we were on the lookout for an alternative! And can I just say, you would be a FOOL to stay in a hotel! We've enjoyed the beautifully tiled rooms, the comfortable bed, the kitchen, private laundry facilities...Oh my goodness! This place is just amazing! AND it's CHEAPER per night than the cruddy hotel we were staying in! Wireless internet, TV/Netflix, washer/dryer, kitchen, clean, comfortable, and more - what else do you need! If your looking for a clean place to call HOME, to truly be able to unpack, and relax...this is it!

  Isabella and Marian's studio was a pleasure to stay in. Bigger than I expected as far as room to put things. The neighborhood is lovely which was great to take walks. We knew nothing about Sarasota and realized after a few days that we were very centrally located to a variety of beaches, restaurants, shopping etc., So it was a great choice. Their home and yard is beautiful - I just liked walking outside and seeing their landscaping and gorgeous palm trees. I would recommend this to anyone who did not need more than a studio apartment.

  I had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful studio for five days my only complaint was that it was not long enough. This studio is in a great location, very tastfully decorated and very clean. Everything you need for a nice vacation getaway is just inside right down to the nice beach chairs and big soft beach towels. I highly recommend this lovely place and am looking forward to staying there again on my next trip to Sarasota.

  We throughly enjoyed several days in Sarasota at this beautiful studio. Was visiting Sarasota for a wedding and decided to stay away from the large condos and find a nice quiet place for some of our own romance. This studio has great charm and close to Siesta Key beaches, shopping and dining. Couples -- if you are looking for a great place to stay in the middle of everything but far away from ordinary, check this place out. You will not be disappointed!!

  We had the opportunity to spend several days in Sarasota and enjoy this wonderful studio. Within a nice quiet neighborhood close to Siesta Key, shopping and dining, this studio is perfect for a couple that want to experience Sarasota and all its offerings. The owners are very nice and helpful. Just a true pleasure to stay and enjoy their beautiful studio. Can't wait for my next trip!

  This is a charming, well appointed, studio, perfect for two. It's compact, but not small, 350 sq ft is plenty for a good size room with comfortable bed, sofa, table & chairs for 4, and full built-in kitchen. There is a large closet, and a beautifully tiled bathroom, complete with washer/dryer. It's new, attached to a beautiful large home (also rented), in a good neigborhood on the mainland close to Siesta Key. The owners are gracious & hospitable. Perfect for a couple as a pied-a-terre for a week, or several weeks ... Highly recommended.
