The great room has been professionally designed to high specifications. One of which is a high arched ceiling. It overlooks the lanai, small lake and golf course through extra wide patio doors.
The kitchen is fully fitted with a dinning area and separate bar and stools. All granite work tops with under cabinet lighting.

The location of this rental was chosen because of it's very pretty landscape design, attractive fountain entrance, security gate and guard and Italian feel.

Benefits of this unique property are numerous. There is the sunset which can been seen from the lanai, a tall water fountain in the lake, a selection of wildlife and birds can be enjoyed and seen by the lake opposite the house. There is peace and quiet and a feel good factor about the whole place.
