  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with the villa we rented. It was convenient to our activities (a family wedding) and easy to find. The up front communication, booking process, payment and advance parking permit by mail were especially professional. The unit was quite clean, nicely decorated, wireless access was easy, clean towels and linens and the necessary kitchen utensils needed for the meals we had there. We would utilize your properties again. Kiawah Island is a great place!

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was spotless. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: We were very pleased with everything ... the villa was great and your approach of mailing info to us in advance and gaining access to the unit via the lock box, etc, was very convenient. It seems like the owner must have renovated recently and we thought they did a very nice job on the finishes, furniture, etc. The unit was also very clean, so kudos to your staff on that front.

  Rating Details: I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. I was very happy with the location. The vacation rental was very clean. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Everything was as advertised, no surprises. I did not rate the property management because we had no contact with them. Everything was done electronically and went very smoothly (for this I would give them a 5). When we arrived we were able to access the property and as we had no issues, we did not need to contact them. The directions for arrival and departure were very clear. We felt at home and the rental process was hassle free.

  We've stayed at a number of beach houses and condos, on Kiawah and other beaches, but this was far and away my favorite. It was beautifully decorated, the beds were comfortable and all the appliances were in working order. The description stated it had starter cleaning supplies, but I had plenty of soaps to do multiple loads of dishes and laundry, a huge plus for a mom with 4 kids. The kitchen was also fully stocked with coffee and creamer. Such a nice touch! I won't stay anywhere else when we return to Kiawah.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: It was our first time in Kiawah and it is an ideal vacation for a family with children of all ages. The appartment was in a good location, but it was definitely not an easy walk to the beach from there with a small child and we chose to drive to the beach instead. The condo was nice but it needs a little TLC (quality of furniture)and especially the cookware which is very incomplete. We were 4 adults and a two year old and it felt a little tight. Both doors to the outside and to the porch are very hard to open and close. There was a misunderstanding about pool privileges to the Heron Park pool to which we could not have access. We thought there would be no access only to the Sanctuary Hotel pool, so it needs to be made really clear.We did enjoy the alligators in the back yard (yes, for real!!) and all in all it was a great vacation. We will come back to Kiawah, not necessarily to that unit.

The appartment was in a good location, but it was definitely not an easy walk to the beach from there with a small child and we chose to drive to the beach instead.   Our family of five enjoyed our stay in Kiawah and always enjoyed coming back to the condo. It was very clean and comfortable. We didn't have access to the pools which would have been a nice plus. Be sure to visit Fresh Fields and Heron Park to pick up a schedule of events at the beginning of your stay. We will be back.

  Our family rented this condo for 4 days and were thrilled. The unit was beautifully decorated and the attention to detail was obvious. We loved the location and it was so nice to have the screened porch overlooking the lagoon. We even were able to spy an alligator swimming by one morning! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed and the only problem was that the fridge seemed to need repair in that it was not cold enough. However, it was not such a problem that I wanted it worked on while we were there. We reported the problem and based on how responsive the property management firm was, I would guess it was fixed promptly. I say this because I called them when we arrived because there were no bath towels in the master bath when we arrived and the bath was stocked when we returned from the beach. I was happy with the quick service. We loved the location and we were about a 10 minute walk or a few minute bike ride from the beach. We had bikes delivered and picked up directly in front of our unit and we enjoyed many nice bike rides as a family. I would highly recommend this unit and I would have no qualms about renting it again for our family. My only suggestion would be to provide a manual on how some things work. We never could figure out how the shower worked in the master bath and took our showers in second bathroom. (That was great having the two full baths, and we also were happy to have the washer and dryer.) This is a wonderful spot for a vacation.

  Two words, "Simply relaxing." From the comfortable condo atmosphere, to the quiet, pleasant island of Kiawah, our stay was awesome! The island is a PERFECT place to leave the car and bike about wherever you need to go, whether it be the beach, to the golf course, local market, out to eat or just cruising around, it was an awesome experience. If I could, I'd love to stay on Kiawah all year long. If you want down home southern cooking, you do need to venture off of Kiawah, but the drive is made great by the oak tree covered roadways that are simply breathtaking. Definitely plan on visiting Kiawah again and bringing our family and friends with us, and of course the dog. Thanks for a GREAT honeymoon experience.

  We have traveled to Kiawah each Spring for the last 15 years, staying in a number of different villas. Our recent experience was one of the best. The villa was well appointed, comfortable , with a great lagoon view. An alligator sunned himself many days right outside our back porch. The property management company, Akers Ellis was great to work with, ensuring the villa was clean and ready for our arrival. All that and a sunny week in the upper 70's made it a wonderful Spring Break.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, romantic getaway.

  Very comfortable stay. Nicely redone and furnished, good beds and linens. Kitchen satisfactory for cooking Thanksgiving meal and pies! Had a wonderful time at this great location. Small lawn out front was nice. VERY clean. Even porch was usable. Not one spider web to be found anywhere, front or back entrances. Perfect!

  Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

  The villa has been beautifully upgraded. The kitchen had everything we needed, the living area with water views was very comfortable, and we enjoyed sitting on the porch in the evenings watching the alligator go by! We rode bikes every day and it only took about 5 minutes to get to the Sanctuary where we had beach access. It was perfect!

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, families with young children, girls getaway, romantic getaway.

Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: The unit was immaculate,well decorated and complete with everything you need for a great vacation. The twin beds in the second bedroom were not very comfortable and extra pillow cases for the pillows would have been appreciated. The walk to the beach was at least a 10 minute walk but no problem once there. We had a great time and would stay there again. Manager responded on 9/3/2011: Thank you so much for your comments regarding the villa and the twin bedroom mattresses. They have actually been replaced with brand new, upscale mattresses. We look forward to having you as a return guest in the villa and on Kiawah!

  This is one of the best condos we have said in. We have been going to Kiawah for 20 years and the location was perfect, deco and amenties were perfect.
