Carpinteria's "World's safest beach" is a mere 100 steps from our patio. Lifeguards on duty Memorial Day thru Labor Day. The Beach is wonderful for swimming, sunbathing, boogie boarding and body surfing. Kayaks, surfboards and stand-up paddleboards are available for rental. World-famous surfing at Rincon Point is very close by! Our condo is conveniently located for easy access to gated and covered parking, laundry room, 2 heated pools and spa.
Stroll 10 minutes into Carpinteria's main street area. Delightful shops, deliciously diverse restaurants, supermarkets, drugstores, Rincon Designs surf shop, Island Brewing microbrew pub and more await you! Try not to miss Thursday afternoon's Farmer's Market!

Thank you for sharing your condo! We had such a wonderful stay. The condo was just perfect for our family. We loved how close it was to the beach and the kids had fun using the bogie boards. We also enjoyed walking through the nature preserve in the morning. The kids had a blast in the pool. The condo has the perfect location in Carpinteria! It had everything we needed and was very well taken care of. It was the perfect family vacation! Thank you!

The condo is very clean and is well stocked. The view from the patio is beautiful, especially at sunset. The condo is nicely situated - very close to a nice beach, and an easy stroll (or trolly ride) to downtown, which offers something for everyone - Santa Barbara is a quick 15 minute drive away. Our family of 4 had a wonderful time and we enjoyed our stay!

Location Location Location !! My stay here was incredible.. Just a few yards from an uncrowded white sandy beach and a 10 min walk to Linden st which has all the retail you can want... Restaurants, Surf shops, hip lunch / dinner spots etc... The condo was light, bright, open, clean and everything the owner promised and then some...

This condo is a wonderful place to stay. The beach is across the street and easily accessible. Our family had a great time there. The two bedrooms are spacious enough to have a playpen set up for our infants in each room. The high chair and playpen that is provided made packing a lot easier for us. The amenities are very convenient. The condo is perfectly centralized between the heated pool and the washer and dryer units. The owners are great and are easy to get in contact with and respond promptly to any questions or concerns we had. I have already recommended the property to several friends. Walks to town are short but long enough for our family to enjoy some family time together. This place is great!!! Highly recommended.

Our family of 5 had a wonderful time in Carpinteria. The condo was very clean, just a block from a beach that is beautiful and great for young children. It is an easy walk to the main street of Carpinteria which was great when we had an early risers. The pools are well heated and suitable for all ages. Kitchen well stocked for cooking. The owners were very responsive to any needs or questions we had. We hope to be back and highly recommend the rental.
