  We had a great time at Golan's place. It's a new and attractive apartment offering a moment of calm in the middle of a big busy city. Everything worked in the apartment (though we didn't try to cook, so no comment there). We used the bikes Golan has on offer - was great, we were at the Port (fun and nice place for tourists) in about 5 minutes cycle along the sea promenade. Food etc all right next door and basel sq was great on Friday. The aircon is good and the attractive decor makes it a relaxing room to chill out and sleep late in . Golan stopped by to see us and took some time to give us tips and check everything was cool, followed up with an email on where is cool to shop, etc. He went the extra mile when we asked for some supplies on arrival. The guy is a perfectionist and a dedicated host so we knew we were in good hands. We had fun in TA and this was a good base with great location. Thanks Golan and good luck for the future.

  Wonderful friendly greeting in English, which was great. Lots of information on the area, suggestions for dinner at a very nice neighborhood restaurant. The room is very modern, but in a classic courtyard building. It's all well-done with lots of extras available for our use -- ipad with free wifi, umbrellas. The bed was comfortable; air conditioning was good during the stay... Location is great -- a few steps down for quick access to tourist attractions, or a leisurely 5-10 minute walk to beach and Dizingoff. Things were also super easy when we wanted to leave bags while sight-seeing before leaving for the airport. Absolutely no question that we'll stay at one of Golan’s apartments if we ever get back to Tel Aviv.

  Recommended for: People with disabilities, sightseeing, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, adventure seekers, families with young children, girls getaway, age 55+.

  Absolutely awesome!!! Second time back! We had a great time in Tel aviv, and the experience of being part of the city wouldn't be possible without staying in such a fantastic place like this apartment. Golan has been incredible with us, really nice and always looking after anything we needed. Totally recomended!!!

  What i kept telling Golan, our host/landlord, was that this place was exactly as described and pictured. The location was awesome..1 minute walk from Basel and in the heart of tel aviv. The apartment itself was spectacular and furnished beautifully. I would describe it as the W hotels equivilant rental apartment. Golan was a wonderful host..he helped us with restaurant recommendations which were superb and lots of info in the area. You can't go wrong with this place!

  The apt was very clean with a modern style. A/C, TV, WIFI, bathroom : perfect. You have a mobilephone with an israeli number. Good location in an area animated and not far from the beach by feet Golan is a very good host, you can call him for everything and he will answer with smile. Conclusion : this place is perfect for holidays in TLV

  Our stay with Golan was absolutely amazing. He was so welcoming and helped us settle in with maps and guide books for the area and suggested places to go a visit. The apartment itself was beautiful. Perfectly clean, elegant, modern, comfortable. Air conditioning was great for the hot summer air and having a washer dryer that worked was very helpful. Highly recommend anyone to stay there.

  Apartment 6 exceeded all our expectations. We highly recommend this location and apartment. Golan met us upon arrival from the airport and introduced us to the apartment, then walked us to the local 24 hour store to help us load money on our cell phone. Apartment 6 is a clean, modern, spacious apartment, and it is fully equipped. It is very stylish and tastefully furnished with lots of light and a small balcony. There is internet connectivity and a wonderful satellite cable TV in the living room and another in one of the bedrooms. The kitchen had everything we needed, dishware, silverware, cooking ware and basic things like oils, coffee, and tea. There were plenty of blankets, towels and enough staple supplies to get us going, like soap, toilet paper and laundry soap. Golan even had some drinks and wine in the refrigerator for us. He also was willing to let a friend of mine into the apartment before our arrival, so she could put some food items into the refrigerator. The washer-dryer was wonderful to have. We didn't use the bicycles but only for lack of time. We could walk to Dizingoff, Ben Yehuda, the sea, even to the new port area (although that was a little longer walk). We could flag a cab on Ibn Givirol, which was just a block away. There were excellent bakeries, cafes and restaurants within short walking distance. And the apartment was a short bus or cab ride from the central train station, where there are buses to Jerusalem and trains to Haifa and Beer Sheva, among other destinations. Our travel companions took a bus from Ibn Givirol to the University and Museum of the Diaspora. Other museums were a quick cab ride away, or for the more adventurous, buses went everywhere. We felt right at home as soon as we walked into Apartment 6 and really didn't want to leave. Golan was very professional in handling our reservation yet was also very personable and interested in making sure we were comfortable and willing to answer any of our questions. Again, we were 4 mature travelers but see that this apartment would be perfect for a family as well. We would stay at Apartment 6 again without hesitation. Again, we had a wonderful time and highly recommend the apartment.

  This was a great place in Tel Aviv. Location gave us easy access to everything. The bikes were a really nice bonus as we left our car and rode everywhere in the City with no problem. Golan was very helpful and was attentive to our needs. We arrived in the middle of the night and he made it all very easy for us to arrive and get into the apt. A nice bonus was food in the fridge and bread for breakfast. If you choose to cook there are plenty of tools for cooking. The bed was very comfortable and hanging out in the apt was nice. Internet speed was fast. Don't hesitate to rent this apartment. M&M from the USA

  This apartment was everything it was advertised to be. It's in the Basel area that is not too touristy, but is close to great restaurants, shops, and many kid-friendly spots. The owner was extremely helpful and always available. The apartment had everything we needed for a summer break in Tel Aviv - all amenities, nice size, satellite tv, baby cot, high chair and an elevator which was useful with the stroller. We would definitely stay here again.

  Recommended for: Sightseeing, tourists without a car, families with young children.

  L'appartement est très bien situé (à quelques minutes du Hilton et de la plage adjacente). Il est très clair et les photos correspondent parfaitement à la réalité. Les deux chambres sont spacieuses et la salle-de-bains très agréable. De plus, les attentions à l'arrivée, comme un frigo garni ou quelques fruits et légumes, ajoutent au plaisir du lieu.
