The house has 2 living rooms, dining room, sun room, 5 bedrooms, 2 ½ baths, new eat-in kitchen, laundry room, games room, large deck that stretches the front length of the house, patio in rear, large back garden with teak garden swing and path leading into woods.

I just returned from a wonderful stay at this property with a large group of friends (10 adults total with 4 kids). The farmhouse was ideal for our needs, with 5 full bedrooms and plenty of living space, as well as a nice big kitchen stocked with every type of gadget we might need. The house sits on a beautiful piece of land, with a huge yard complete with swings, a hammock, fabulous wrap around porch, and a lovely trail into the woods. It is walking distance from the cute little town of West Stockbridge as well (which seems to have some fun little restaurants although my group did all our own cooking in the house). The area is gorgeous and provided a spectacular backdrop to our weekend, especially as it was fall and the leaves were changing colors. The owners of this property are very nice and easy to work with. The property is clean and well-maintained, with an eclectic mix of decor that we found charming. I would absolutely recommend this property as a great place to stay in the Berkshires.Recommended for: Girls getaway, families with young children, families with teenagers.
