Our non-smoking Vacation Villa offers a modern villa/ townhome rental located in desirable Emerald Island Resort, a gated community, located three miles to Disney World. Our villa/ townhome rental is fully furnished and just a few short steps to one of the 2 HEATED POOLS and HOT TUBS!!! With free unlimited long distance calling in the US and Canada you can still keep in touch with loved ones.

Our villa/ townhome is minutes to Disney World, Universal Studios, Sea World, Orlando International Airport as well as other area attractions and shopping the Orlando area has to offer.

Why stay in a cramped hotel room when you can have all this at a comparable price!

CANCELLATION POLICY

Up to 60 days prior to arrival any money paid is refundable
In the event that cancellation occurs less than 60 days of arrival date all money is refundable except for the initial reservation deposit this can be refunded if we are successful in rebooking the reservation dates with another guest.
Once the reservation is in progress there are no refunds. All money is retained.
Minimum stay 3 nights
Cleaning fee imposed if stay is less than one week.
Check in time is 4pm
Check out time 10am
If guests are paying with credit card there is no security deposit collected. There is a hold of $250.00 until you leave.
If guests are paying with cash there will be a $250.00 security deposit due at time of balance due. When sending a check security deposit and balance are taken at the same time.
The security deposit is fully refundable upon a clean inspection of the property. If there are any damages in excess of routine wear and tear that would result in a portion or possibly all of your security deposit to be held until a resolution to the loss is determined. You will be notified immediately of any issues and or the charges that may apply to the issues, otherwise you will be refunded the entire amount within 30 days of departure.

  • I am sorry i am so late in giving a comment. We had a great time the 1st 2 weeks of december in your townhome. We are coming back again this summer! We loved everything about the home, my boys did not want to leave, they all wanted to move in there! Me too! They keep saying can we go to "our" other house, its cute. We cant wait to come back. I have told everyone i know about your place! Thank you for the memories!!

  • We had a great time in Orlando, in particular at your lovely home. It had everything we needed and our three kids loved it too. Close enough to all the Theme Parks yet far enough away for some peace and quiet at night. We were more than comfortable and slept like babies. Thanks for sharing it with us.

  • Our Mini-Vacation here in your beautiful townhouse was very enjoyable. Everything looked as if it were brand new. Very clean and very comfortable. We enjoyed the privacy and the quietness that the Emerald Island Resort has to offer. * One of the most convenient features was the close proximity to all that this area has to offer. *We visited Disney's Epcot Center, had lunch in a Pub in England and had dinner in Mexico and enjoyed the laser lights and fireworks at the World Showcase. * We visited downtown Disney, did some shopping, had some white wine and delicious snacks on the Fulton's Crab House Riverboat docked there and bought tickets for the Cirque Du Soliel Show for later on and "WOW" what a show!   • Dear Pete and Karen; We had a wonderful 6 weeks in your beautiful and fully equipped townhouse. The location was great as it was close to the restaurants and attractions. The 3 TVs and Playstation 2 really helped to entertain our grandchildren when they visited. We also enjoyed the tennis court and the use of the tennis racquets. We hope we can return in 2007.
