Large two story antique style A-frame house across the street from the Ski Slopes. Home has large picture windows for a breathtaking view of the slopes, a picturesque fireplace, wood beams, and a large wood deck to watch the skiers during the winter or sunsets during the summer. The property also features a scenic lot with a creek. Just a two minute walk to "Freds" for all your necessities, and 15 minutes from Boone, two hours from Hickory, and 12 hours from Naples, Florida.

This home is extremely enjoyable and has all the amenities including a foosball table for entertainment and club membership which includes golf, tennis, swimming, and fitness center, etc. The second floor master bedroom has a king size bed with bathroom and two large closets. The loft area has two sleeper sofas and a championship foosball table. The main floor has two queen beds with two bathrooms. Each bedroom has its own cable tv for nighttime leisure.

Summer (Jun-Aug) ..$175 per night - $900 per week .. $3000/month.
Sep-Nov 15th ...............$800/week.
All rentals also pay a Cleaning fee, Occupancy tax, and Sales tax.
All prices are negoiable!
Small pets approved with nonrefundable security deposit on longer rentals only.
$500 security deposit with reservation for summer rentals.
