The upstairs consists of a master suite, which has a king size bed, 42” flat screen TV/DVD, private bath, walk in closet, and a private balcony where you can sit, relax and listen to the surf. Also upstairs is a kid’s bunkroom, complete with a 42' flat screen TV/DVD and a small sitting area. It is a perfect hangout for kids to watch movies!
The main level of our home, which consists of hardwood flooring throughout, includes a spacious kitchen/dining/living area, three bedrooms, two full baths, laundry room, and a wonderful screened back porch. The main level bedrooms include a second master suite complete with king bed, private bath, 42” TV/DVD and double closet. A third full bath is shared by a beautifully decorated queen bedroom (with a 26' flat screen TV), and a charming twin bedroom.
The kitchen has new, beautiful granite countertops, stainless steel appliances and all the amenities you need for cooking and enjoying an evening at home. The breakfast bar seats four and the dining area seats eight. The adjoining living area (with a 46' TV/DVD) has 2 comfortable linen sofas and a pair of club chairs with an ottoman. The laundry room is right off the kitchen with washer, dryer and plenty of space for hanging beach towels after a fun day on the beach. Also, feel free to enjoy a refreshing hot or cold shower in one of our two fully covered outdoor showers, which is perfect after a hot, sunny day on the beach.
The large screened back porch offers a great place for lazy afternoons, reading or gathering with friends. The front porch has two benches and offers additional space for reading or visiting with family and friends.
Come and enjoy the wonderful amenities that our house and Cassine Village have to offer! All guests in our community have access to the two swimming pools, tennis courts and nature trails. We shared this home with another family for the 4th of July. 5 kids and 4 adults fit very comfortably in this well appointed home. The pictures don't do the home justice - it is beautiful. When they say they have bikes and beach supplies, they aren't kidding. Two kids bikes, a tandem, another with a pull behind, and 4 others - we had enough bikes for everyone. The beach chairs are high quality backpack chairs that make the short trek to the beach even easier. High quality umbrellas with sand anchors were also included. There were also enough beach toys, footballs, Frisbees, boogie boards, etc to keep us entertained for the week. They also have a large DVD collection and toys inside to keep pass the time if you want a day off from the beach. The visit far exceeded our expectations and we plan to be back. Thanks Bright and Bryan.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Just returned from a week at Be Somebody. Online pictures do not do it justice! The home is spacious, peaceful, well appointed and not overwhelmingly "beachy"! The furniture is comfortable as are the beds, the location is excellent with the beach or pool a few minutes walk, and the openness of the floor plan makes it easy to have a group together - whether cooking a great meal, playing games or watching a movie. The screened back porch is a great place for coffee in the morning, watching a summer shower, or escaping the heat of the day with a cool drink. The wooded trails behind the house give an added sense of privacy and "getting away" from the rat race. I could go on about all the Christopher's provide at Be Somebody, but the bottom line is it is a wonderful place. The welcome package and personal interest of the owners were the finishing touch! Thanks, Bryan and Bright, for a lovely week~Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway, tourists without a car.

We have a family of 10 that rents a house each year on 30A. This was our first year at this property but definitely not our last year! Our best rental yet! The house is large and roomy, about 10-12' ceilings, very wide hallways and a screened in back porch, overlooking a wooded area that provided a great place to wind down the day, providing shade and protection from the bugs. Very well-equipped for renters; from kitchen utensils/pots/pans to bedding. A nice offering of beach chairs and toys were available for our use. Normally, we have to schlep down about 6 bikes but we risked not bringing any this year as this listing indicated bikes were available. Were they ever! More than enough for all of us to get around, some with 3 speeds, some with baskets, even a bicycle built for two. A very short, direct walk to beach access, < 4 blocks. The steps to the beach were short, only two levels. We've walked down others that were at least 3 levels and you can definitely tell the difference, especially when carrying a cooler ;) Since nothing is perfect, I wanted to think of a negative and the only thing I could come up with was for there to have been more towels. But since there was washer/dryer, it was easy to overcome. This is a beautiful property in a beautiful neighborhood and I hope to one day own something very similar. Thanks.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, age 55+, families with young children.

Just spent a wonderful week in this beautiful house. The owners paid attention to every detail from the decor to all the "extras" that made for a wonderful spring break. The moment we walked in we felt welcomed and right at home. Everything that is needed for a relaxing week is provided beginning with bicycles, beach chairs, beach towels and cooler. I was especially surprised to see a welcome bag waiting for us in the kitchen. Our next beach get a way will definately include "Be Somebody"'.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children, girls getaway.

Why the Owner Chose Cassine Village:
We have been coming to this area for years and just fell in love with the quaintness, charm and laid back atmosphere that you find in Seagrove. Cassine Village was a perfect match for us because it is close to the beach, kid friendly, great neighborhood for riding bikes and taking a stroll in the evenings. Beautiful beaches, outstanding restaurants and magnificent shopping right at your fingertips....what more could you ask for?
