Location: The Summit, Gulf Lagoon Beach, Panama City Beach Area, Florida North West, Florida, USA (CONDO NEAR GOLF COURSE, AND WAL-MARTS AND MANY ACTIVITIES)

Accommodations:  Condo in Summit resort PCB, 1 Bedroom + Bunk Area, 1.5 Baths (Sleeps 6)

We have two beautifully decorated, one bedroom, beachfront condos located at the Summit, with private balconies offering an unobstructed view of the beach from east to west as far as the eye can see.with breath-taking sunsets. (see photos).

The units have central heat/air with fully-equipped kitchen/dining, including refrigerator/icemaker, electric cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher,washer and dryer, cooking/dining utilities (see photos). Living room area overlooks beach, and is furnished with queen-size sleeper-sofa, cable TV/VCR and DVD player

Bedrooms have king-size bed, remote control TV, phone, closet/dresser. There are two bunkbeds built into wall of hallway. One and a half bathrooms with one tub/shower. Towels/washrags and linen furnished. Sleeps 6 adults.

THE UNITS ARE LOCATED ON THE 5TH AND 11TH FLOOR OF THE SUMMIT RESORT. SEE PHOTOS BELOW.

THE SUMMIT CHARGES A REGISTRATION FEE OF $35 DURING SPRING BREAK PERIODS.. AT ALL OTHER TIMES THE FEE IS $15. THIS FEE IS NOT A PART OF OUR RATES AND IS PAYABLE TO THE SUMMIT CLERK AT TIME OF CHECK IN. RENTAL PRICE TAX IS 12% AND MAID FEE IS $65. (NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE RATES)

  • We just returned from a fantastic vacation at the Summit. This was our 5th stay at the Summit and I have to say this condo (1128) was the best we have seen. This condo was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and it was decorated nicely. We will stay at this property again!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.   • This condo is very well kept. Everything you need for a home away from home. One morning as I was drinking coffee on the 5th floor balcony I watched some dolphins feeding on a school of fish. We would love to stay here again.

  • We stay in the 5th floor condo every time we go to PCB. We love waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning! Space is more than adequate, and the condo is very pleasantly decorated and clean.
