We have two beautifully decorated, one bedroom, beachfront condos located at the Summit, with private balconies offering an unobstructed view of the beach from east to west as far as the eye can see.with breath-taking sunsets. (see photos).
The units have central heat/air with fully-equipped kitchen/dining, including refrigerator/icemaker, electric cooking range, microwave oven, dishwasher,washer and dryer, cooking/dining utilities (see photos). Living room area overlooks beach, and is furnished with queen-size sleeper-sofa, cable TV/VCR and DVD player
Bedrooms have king-size bed, remote control TV, phone, closet/dresser. There are two bunkbeds built into wall of hallway. One and a half bathrooms with one tub/shower. Towels/washrags and linen furnished. Sleeps 6 adults.
THE UNITS ARE LOCATED ON THE 5TH AND 11TH FLOOR OF THE SUMMIT RESORT. SEE PHOTOS BELOW.
THE SUMMIT CHARGES A REGISTRATION FEE OF $35 DURING SPRING BREAK PERIODS.. AT ALL OTHER TIMES THE FEE IS $15. THIS FEE IS NOT A PART OF OUR RATES AND IS PAYABLE TO THE SUMMIT CLERK AT TIME OF CHECK IN. RENTAL PRICE TAX IS 11 1/2% AND MAID FEE IS $65. (NOT INCLUDED IN PRICE RATES)

Pictures do not do this condo justice. Absolutely beautiful views, everything was exactly as shown in the photos posted by owner. There were 5 of us. We were extremely comfortable in this unit and did not feel crowded in any way. This is an older complex but it was immaculately maintained by the condo assoc. and the unit we stayed in was spotless. There was security for your car so you did not have to worry about it. I thought the condo was very tastefully decorated in calm ocean blues and light browns; I found it to be a very relaxing combination. The sofa bed had a nice thick mattress and my son said he slept very good. My younger kids slept in the bunk beds which had a regular twin size mattresses(not those thin kind in a lot of bunk beds) There was plenty of room too, for being tucked away. I could have slept there and been comfortable. The king bed was perfect too. This was the first time I have ever rented from VRBO and I had misgivings prior to doing it but the owner made this SO easy to do. They were wonderful; great communication and prompt answers to my questions. I had trouble with the dryer on my 3rd day there and after contacting the owner it was fixed within hours. My deposit was returned within days of coming home. The entire process has been a pleasure and the vacation itself was a dream, in a wonderful place. Everyone wants to go back soon. There were all ages of people there, families, older people, teens, couples, a very nice mix. There are many nearby attractions, shopping areas, places to eat, The beach and the condo pool are great. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. We loved staying there!

We had a wonderful stay at the 5th floor condo! Everything was just as stated on the VRBO site. The washer/dryer is a definite plus for a beach stay. Would recomment this unit to anyone for a lovely stay at the beach.

We have just returned from our 9th year vacationing with our large family in both units. We have come to count on the cleanliness and overall quality we find here. Having come down a day earlier than our reservations we had to spend one night at another place up the beach and were appalled at the environment we had to endure. Both condos are exactly as described with well-stocked kitchen supplies and linen, beautifully decorated and so convenient to everywhere. The owner makes it a priority that your vacation experience is pleasant and worry-free. We plan on many more years of vacationing here and many more wonderful memories.

We stayed the entire week of Labor Day and it was fabulous. The condo was as pictured with its vibrant beachy colors. The location is great...convienent to all stores and shopping. Owners were excellent to work with and would without a doubt rent from them again.

I was very happy with our stay at this condo. We stayed 3 nights in the 11th floor unit. It was very clean and nicely decorated and the balcony overlooking the beach was great!! The pool was very nice, though often very crowded. The beaches here are fantastic. I traveled to PCB with a girlfriend of mine and we like the location of the Summit, as it is next door to Spinnakers and near many good restaurants. We didn't rent a car and either walked or took a taxi, but everything we needed was nearby. The owners of this condo were very easy to work with and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

We rented from the Perrys. We have been there almost 10 years ago aqnd went again this July with our granchildren.. The unit was updated, nice colors and nice and clean. The view was super looking in all directions. We are going again next year and renting again from the Perrys. Kim from Atlanta

We just returned from a fantastic vacation at the Summit. This was our 5th stay at the Summit and I have to say this condo (1128) was the best we have seen. This condo was very clean and well kept. This condo is very well kept. Everything you need for a home away from home. One morning as I was drinking coffee on the 5th floor balcony I watched some dolphins feeding on a school of fish. We would love to stay here again.
