    The room was great, an Inge was a pleasure. Returned dep. quickly. The cleaning lady was very nice too. There was a wedding, and some of the people were smoking pot,, the smell was bad , but this was the only issue we had. Nothing to do with this room. We took our foster kids.. 1st time at the beach. They loved it. Thanks Inge!

    What a wonderful place! Beautiful sunsets, even saw the schools of fish swimming with the dolphins from the 5th floor. Inge was a pleasure to work with as well as the crew at the Summit. Donna from Lake City's review says it all. Loved the lounge on the balcony, the heated outdoor pool (we had beautiful weather for the end of Jan) and the condo was well stocked. Sure do miss my morning walks on the beach..found some great shells, even made it to the pier once. Thanks for the memories!

    I agree with the other reviewers that response from the owner was very prompt. My deposit was returned very quickly. The unit was everything the pictures and descriptions promised. As a first time user of VRBO I had hesitations, but Inge made everything very easy. Many wonderful restaurants nearby, including Hammerhead Freds across the street. We had a short stay, being there for the Ironman event. I would recommend this property for others going for the Ironman. The marathon portion of the event goes right in front of the Summit making for easy watching. The start and finish is a short walking distance.

    I have personally been to the Summit in Suites 506 and 1128. I love them both. I was in 506 this time and my daughter and family rented 1128. Both suites were very well kept. They were clean, stocked well, and so comfortable. We really enjoyed the perfect weather, chairs on the beach, hot tub, tiki bar and Bikini Bob's. We all loved walking next door to Spinnakers for dinner. What a treat....Reasonable restaurants, shopping, local entertainment kept all of us happy and busy. This is a perfect place for any get-away for any age. The pictures are for real. Balcony is wonderful for relaxing and watching the sunset. I will be back. Inge is wonderful to rent from.

    We had 6 people in our unit including Grandma, Mom and Dad, our 2 kids and my adult brother. We were very comfortable and happy all week. The unit was decorated nicely with all amenities we needed. The kitchen was well-stocked. We loved the pools, hot tubs, the beach and The Tiki Bar/Bikini Bobs. We never got bored and always found great places to eat and shop. We felt safe and the parking was very accessible/easy. Thank you Inge for a great vacation spot!!

    Our unit was very clean. All needed items in the kitchen were present to include cooking utensils, blender, toaster. Inge was wonderful to work with. Always had a quick response to emails. While staying I thought that they dryer wasn't working so I sent a message and had a response within a few hours. (I must note, the dryer was fine, previous owner had not cleaned lint). Would highly recommend this unit. All areas that we visited to inclued pool, hot tubs, tiki bar, front desk, and Bikini Bobs were clean and friendly staffed. Though my family did not need it, I noticed that The Summit had a handicap ramp to the walkway to the beach and also had a wheelchair type seat with large inflatable wheels that I learned was to get handicap persons down to the beach.

    I just returned home from staying in unit 506 at the Summit. I miss it already. The condo was great, clean, and stocked with everything we needed. The owner was great to work with making the reservations and I would love to stay in this unit again on our next visit. The weather was great making this a perfect vacation.

    Pictures do not do this condo justice. Absolutely beautiful views, everything was exactly as shown in the photos posted by owner. There were 5 of us. We were extremely comfortable in this unit and did not feel crowded in any way. This is an older complex but it was immaculately maintained by the condo assoc. and the unit we stayed in was spotless. There was security for your car so you did not have to worry about it. I thought the condo was very tastefully decorated in calm ocean blues and light browns; I found it to be a very relaxing combination. The sofa bed had a nice thick mattress and my son said he slept very good. My younger kids slept in the bunk beds which had a regular twin size mattresses(not those thin kind in a lot of bunk beds) There was plenty of room too, for being tucked away. I could have slept there and been comfortable. The king bed was perfect too. This was the first time I have ever rented from VRBO and I had misgivings prior to doing it but the owner made this SO easy to do. They were wonderful; great communication and prompt answers to my questions. I had trouble with the dryer on my 3rd day there and after contacting the owner it was fixed within hours. My deposit was returned within days of coming home. The entire process has been a pleasure and the vacation itself was a dream, in a wonderful place. Everyone wants to go back soon. There were all ages of people there, families, older people, teens, couples, a very nice mix. There are many nearby attractions, shopping areas, places to eat, The beach and the condo pool are great. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this property. We loved staying there!

    Me and my family stay at the Summit in room 1128 1-2 times annually for last 9 years. We love it. View is great! Room always clean. I enjoy the beach chairs.Owners very nice. Location is close to every thing. Elevators are slow but I am not in a hurry when on vacation.

    We had a wonderful stay at the 5th floor condo! Everything was just as stated on the VRBO site. The washer/dryer is a definite plus for a beach stay. Would recomment this unit to anyone for a lovely stay at the beach.

    We have just returned from our 9th year vacationing with our large family in both units. We have come to count on the cleanliness and overall quality we find here. Having come down a day earlier than our reservations we had to spend one night at another place up the beach and were appalled at the environment we had to endure. Both condos are exactly as described with well-stocked kitchen supplies and linen, beautifully decorated and so convenient to everywhere. The owner makes it a priority that your vacation experience is pleasant and worry-free. We plan on many more years of vacationing here and many more wonderful memories.

    We stayed the entire week of Labor Day and it was fabulous. The condo was as pictured with its vibrant beachy colors. The location is great...convienent to all stores and shopping. Owners were excellent to work with and would without a doubt rent from them again.

    I was very happy with our stay at this condo. We stayed 3 nights in the 11th floor unit. It was very clean and nicely decorated and the balcony overlooking the beach was great!! The pool was very nice, though often very crowded. The beaches here are fantastic. I traveled to PCB with a girlfriend of mine and we like the location of the Summit, as it is next door to Spinnakers and near many good restaurants. We didn't rent a car and either walked or took a taxi, but everything we needed was nearby. The owners of this condo were very easy to work with and everything went very smoothly. I would definitely stay here again!

    We rented from the Perrys. We have been there almost 10 years ago aqnd went again this July with our granchildren.. The unit was updated, nice colors and nice and clean. The view was super looking in all directions. We are going again next year and renting again from the Perrys. Kim from Atlanta

    We just returned from a fantastic vacation at the Summit. This was our 5th stay at the Summit and I have to say this condo (1128) was the best we have seen. This condo was very clean and well kept. The beds were comfortable and it was decorated nicely. We will stay at this property again!! I would highly recommend this condo to anyone.     This condo is very well kept. Everything you need for a home away from home. One morning as I was drinking coffee on the 5th floor balcony I watched some dolphins feeding on a school of fish. We would love to stay here again.

    We stay in the 5th floor condo every time we go to PCB. We love waking up to the beautiful ocean view every morning! Space is more than adequate, and the condo is very pleasantly decorated and clean.
