Overlook the turquoise gulf and magnificent beaches from the deck of Sailfish 3, our tastefully appointed two-bedroom, two-bathroom beach house. It has stunning panoramic views of one of the most beautiful beaches in the world, and can comfortably accommodate six people. Relax in the sun on your 200 sq ft deck, or step down onto the sugary, white sand in relative privacy. After a day on the beach and a famous PCB sunset, relax in comfort in the open-concept living-room and watch television or a DVD on your 40” LCD wide-screen TV, or listen to music on the iPod compatible stereo system.
If you've had enough sun, there are great places nearby to golf, play tennis, and shop. Across from the City fishing pier is Pier Park, a huge new shopping complex that is home to Jimmy Buffet's Margaritaville, a Grand Theater, and hundreds of stores and restaurants, all within a 4 minute drive. Sailfish 3 is also minutes from grocery stores, pharmacies, and the Beach Visitor Center which has all the information and maps you may need. For those who enjoy dining out, there are a number of excellent local restaurants, including the Boar’s Head, a nearby favorite.
Back at Sailfish 3, you have a fully-equipped, open kitchen in which to cook, mix drinks, and entertain guests. Upstairs, you’ll find the two bedrooms share a two-room, en-suite bathroom/powder room, and each has a private balcony. The beachfront bedroom has a king-size bed and a flat-screen television, while the other has a very comfortable queen-size bed. There are also two private parking spaces right outside your door, ensuring no parking problems or waiting for elevators to unload your shopping or get to the beach. All you need to pack is a beach towel, your personal belongings and a sense of adventure. We're sure you'll love your stay at Sailfish 3, and like many of our guests, return year after year. Sailfish was the perfect getaway for our family of four as well as our Lab Yogi. My wife and I had such a relaxing time and the house had everything we needed. Our two teenage daughters loved how close the beach was to the house as well. Right down the steps and you're there! The townhouse was perfect for us and we felt at home the moment we walked in the door. This was the first VRBO home we rented and were a little nervous but Peter and Jackie were very accommodating and made the whole process seamless. Thank you both so much! The kitchen was awesome, it made me want to cook. The deck was so nice, we stayed on it mostly. And Lucy, loved being able to run in the little yard. It was so nice to not have to kennel her. The beds were so comfy. The bathroom was somewhat outdated, but decorated well. Thanks and hope to be back next year!Recommended for: Age 55+, pet owners, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children.

My husband and I found the place as nice as the pictures show and more. I would like to thank Shannon and Pete for all they did. Amie was a big help in suggesting restaurants and so was Shannon. My husband and I enjoyed the ocean from our deck. It was so relaxing and soothing. I would recommend this place to anyone. I will be staying here when I visit Panama City Beach. My wife and I found the condo really nice and clean. We had a wonderful time and would recommend this property to anyone. We found Shannon to be very prompt, friendly and helpful. She recommended some restaurants in the area. Amie also recommended Bayou Bills crab house. We found the food to be great and our waiter Clayton really gives good service. The view of the ocean each morning with coffee was relaxing and soothing. We will be staying here each time we come to Panama City Beach. We are a family of four returning to PCB after going elsewhere for several years. We spent the early years of our children's lives coming to PCB to enjoy the quiet, the beautiful sand and peaceful water. When we had young teenagers, we went on cruises, to Disney, to family reunions. etc. With a son going to college in the fall, we opted to find a condo right near where we used to go to try and take a relaxing trip to the past. We all came back tanned, relaxed, and still in love with this beach. Our week in the condo was great. It is everything the owners say it is. Well equipped, clean, ON THE BEACH, quiet and the deck was a great place to sit and drink coffee in the morning. We did take the drive to Destin for the Outlet Mall and drove down FL Rt 30. For miles, we couldn't even see the Gulf that was a stone's throw from the road. It was such a relief to get back to the Sailfish where we were on the beach. You can go back to the beach of 20 years ago! It's right here!Recommended for: Pet owners, girls getaway, families with young children.

This condo was five star plus! Exactly as described, immaculately clean, and ready for beach fun! Our son even came to call it home! The beach access was prime, the shower at the bottom of the deck stairs a life-saver, and the beach itself uncrowded and beautiful! Peter and Jackie helped us have the vacation of a lifetime; if we come back to PCB, there's nowhere else we would even consider staying! Close to grocery, pharmacy, shopping, restaurants, and surf stores! We had an absolute ball! This is a fabulous beach getaway. The property is exceptionally clean and well maintained and the owners are very conscientous and pleasant to deal with. We happened to be there during spring break for high school aged kids, but the condo is far enough west of the main hubub so as to never be a problem. We loved watching the sunset over the ocean and the sounds of the surf rolling in at night. Just relaxing on the deck that's right on the beach and people watching was fabulous. There is lots of fun stuff to see and do for people of all ages Great nearby restaurants include Mikes (especially for breakfast), then for dinner: Bayou Bills, Dee's Hangout, Dusty's Seafood. And then there is the small family run Hog Nose Snapper - incredibly good. Just spent 7 glorious days at this property with family. The property looks exactly as it does in the pictures but the sound of the surf was an added bonus. There is nothing like the sleep you have with the patiodoor open all night to the gentle ocean breeze. There is lots to see and do in the area; great restaurants and shopping. if you can tear yourself away from the beach.. The property was very well maintained and the owners were a delight to deal with. I would recommend this property to anyone wanting a perfect get-a-way to swim, relax and soak up the sun.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, romantic getaway, families with young children, tourists without a car.

I had the opportunity to stay at this location for four days during a vacation to Florida and wish it could have been 40 days. The property is in a prime location with access to everything you need for your stay within a few minutes walk. It is also an amazing to wake up in a place like this as you can walk out on the deck and you are on the beach in seconds with a spectacular view. I would recommend this place to any of my friends and family to stay. About the owner: Jacqueline (Jac) and Peter are a retired couple of Canadians who have been coming down to Panama City beach since 1979. Peter was the Dean of The School of Design and Visual Arts in a Canadian College, and Jac ran a catering business while raising four boys. John (Peter's brother and co-owner) is a Civil Engineer married to Brenda, and who are contemplating retirement in 2012.
Why the Owner Chose Sailfish:
We loved Panama City Beach at first sight, and bought Sailfish 3 in 1990 as a Winter haven for our Dad, and use by family and rental guests the balance of the year. It has provided us and our collection of six children and large collection of friends and extended family, many many happy holidays over the ensuing years.
The Unique Benefits at this Townhome:
We are salt water lovers and sometime beach bums, we love the parks in the area and enjoy going out nearby, bird watching. The beach is a great spot to watch glorious sunsets, Dolphins cavorting in the waves, and wonderful night sky watching. We love the nearby oyster bars and restaurants, and the fine wine offerings from the Carousel just down the road. We have played most of the Golf courses in the area, and you can often find our wives and their friends in Bealls (Bells) shopping for clothing bargains on a Monday morning. We guys think we can cook and our wives let us, knowing they can do it better.
