Our property is in a quaint sea shore village. It is a newly built home and is the first rental history. Everything in the home is top quality and has many wonderful features. The lighthouse, with birders trails are directly down the street. Lots of beautiful butterflies, and other wildlife. Cape May Point also has Lily Lake. A perfect place to bird watch and have a picnic.
If your looking for a vacation where you can make lasting memories, this is for you. It takes you back in time, yet offers a town close by with all the quaint shoppes, horse drawn carriage rides, trolly cars, the finest dining, and some of the greatest people watching in the world.
We are at exit 1 off the parkway. We are only a minutes drive from the town of Cape May, New Jersey. It is the oldest seashore resort in the United States. In the historical district there are many beautiful victorian homes painted in victorian era colors.

Stepping out our front door is like taking a step back in time. The magical trail, only a stones throw away, takes you to a clean, uncrowded, guarded beach, perfect for swimming, fishing, vollyball, kite flying, sand castles, sunbathing, relaxing, and enjoying nature at it's finest.
All three stories can be accessed by a ground floor elevator or the stairway. On the third floor a covered porch is off the open floor plan that hosts a modern kitchen with granite countertops, a spectacular designer decorated living room, dining room and bathroom.
The second floor offers a large Master bedroom with a quaint private balcony, and a deluxe bathroom with a whirlpool tub, limestone floors and a shower.
The guest bedroom on the second floor is beautifully decorated, spacious and complete with it's own full bathroom.
The downstairs hosts 2 adorable, yet elegant bedrooms, complete with their own private baths. Family room & laundry room.

About the owner: We love the ocean, everything about it. The fresh breezes, finding Cape May Diamonds, beautiful sunsets, long walks, bike rides, nature trails, cooking fresh food, people watching from our third floor balcony, so many wonderful family memories have been made here. We chose this fabulous property because of location, location, location. It was the old birders cottage on the point. After many years we realized if we were going to spend alot of time here, we needed to build a home to last, as we got older. We are so happy we put the elevator in, as it has made all the difference for our elderly parents. They can enjoy the views of the ocean even though they aren't able to walk over to the waters edge. Cape May is only a minute drive away, the quaint shoppes, fresh fish, ice cream cones, fine dining and fun night life are many more reasons to consider this home as your private get-a-way. We have spared no expense to make this home "Pearl of the Point".
