This 3 story soundfront home has an amazing private GAZEBO that extends 150 feet into Pamlico Sound with a railed walkway! The gazebo offers built-in seating, comfy hammock and a picnic table, the perfect tranquil setting for any vacation! Spectacular views of sunrises and sunsets due to north facing orientation. The home is situated on three lots so there is plenty of parking and privacy as it is the last house out on a point well away from neighbors.
For the vacationer looking for a place to enjoy water activities on Pamlico Sound, View 2 Infinity offers a personal boat dock and ramp right there on the property. No ramp fees and no wait to launch! There is also a two person kayak for your use while there. Watch or join in with wind surfers and kite surfers. Crab pots provided and you can fish for your own bait right off of the gazebo or dock.
For the groups wanting to stay in a vacation home, but also need a handicap accessible location the home offers a stair lift from the ground floor to the top (third floor)as well as ramping into the home and out onto the gazebo area.
FRIDAY check-in helps vacationers to avoid the traffic typical on Sat/Sun arrival days and allows you a full weekend of relaxation. Grocery stores are not crowded on Fridays and the beaches await you. Why the Owner Chose FriscoThe home was built by my father who designed it when in his late 70's enjoying the fabulous views for ten years. He dubbed his 88th birthday as his double infinity birthday, hence View2Infinity was the name for his home. Best views on the island by far!
The Unique Benefits at this HouseA sense of serenity and luxury is having coffee on the upper decks and watching the gulls and herons play in the sound. Cooking crabs caught on the gazebo in the gourmet kitchen can't be beat. Napping in the hammock is a must. There is no way to do justice in describing this beautiful home and property. Our family ranged from kindergarten age to well into retirement. There was plenty of fun and activity for all. Fished from sunrise to breakfast. Caught up on reading on the gazebo while the young ones went to the beach. Went fishing in the evening. Back to the gazebo for story telling and drinks. You will never see a more completely equipped vacation home. I can't think of a single thing that was missing. I love this end of the Islands. It's doesn't have the traffic and crowds like the upper end but has plenty of good restaurants and beaches for those so inclined. I look forward to returning for another wonderful family vacation.

The listing for this property was very attractive, but the reality was well beyond my expectations. What the listing could not capture was the warmth and hominess of the house and exterior spaces, it felt like we were staying with family or close friends. The gourmet kitchen is stunning, and is the centerpiece of the house, and was better equipped with utensils and other necessities than any other rental we've stayed at. The flowers and potted herbs on the upper deck provided a fresh and flavorful touch to outside dining. And the soft amber glow at sunset is hypnotic. The grounds are expansive, and as the home is situated on a point, there is a sense of seclusion that is very uncommon for a rental property. The hammock in the gazebo is the perfect place for a quiet afternoon nap, or to experience moments of tranquility. While we typically do not stay in the same house twice, we will certainly return to this little haven of serenity.

My new husband and I will always remember this very special home as we got married under the private gazebo on the Sunday after we arrived to begin our vacation/honeymoon. We look forward to making many more visits to this gorgeous retreat. The owners were just a pleasure to work with in every regard, even leaving us a wedding gift and champagne. The house is tastefully and comfortably furnished and the kitchen is huge and well stocked with everything you need to cook to your heart's content. I am very particular about where I am willing to stay as cleanliness is always a concern of mine. I can tell you that View2Infinity is a very clean and well-maintained home. We also really enjoyed the privacy of the home which is located on three lots. There are numerous decks all around the house to enjoy the outdoor views of the Pamlico Sound which are quite spectacular. We highly recommend this beautiful home as an ideal vacation spot in this very unique and less commercialized section of the Outer Banks.

The listing for this property actually doesn't do it justice - the house is even more wonderful in person. There is a sense of peace and hominess that cannot be duplicated and it is such a welcoming place that you feel right at home as soon as you arrive. The view from the upper deck is incredible and one is surrounded by wetlands and water. The photos are very accurate - the kitchen is spectacular cherry wood with a fantastic Viking range. Everything was clean and well-stocked and I would highly recommend this house to anyone interested in a quiet waterfront retreat. Finally, don't miss the Hatteras lighthouse - a truly historic site. The house is rather distant from the "tourist" part of the Outer Banks so plan your shopping excursion as a day-trip but the ride to and from Manteo/Nag's Head is lovely. I recommend seeing Jockey's Ridge and the Wright Memorial while you are up there, as well as the Manteo Christmas Shoppe
