We stayed a month at this lovely condo. The location is excellent and the facility is very well maintained. The kitchen is equipped with very nice appliances and it has a gracious amount of linens. The Beach is beautiful and most of the time private. The owners are very helpful and very nice to deal with. We are planning on returning in the Fall and we highly recommed it .Recommended for: Age 55+.

We have stayed in this unit for about 15 years and continue to book it every year. It is in a secure gated community and features many amenities that are sure to please everyone in the family (tennis, swimming, fishing, private beach, walking, bike riding). It's not in the middle of the busy PCB strip which we love because it is a more relaxed atmosphere. It's a very family friendly environment and the unit is so comfortable that we feel at home. The bottom floor has a balcony that looks out over the beautiful Gulf and the top floor balcony looks out over the Bay. The kitchen is fully stocked with everything to have a home cooked meal. There is a washer and dryer in the unit as well. I highly recommend this unit to a family or group of couples interested in spending a week relaxing on the beautiful Gulf shores.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, age 55+, girls getaway.

we have stayed here for 3 years now for 6 months at a time. I would highly recommend this property. The amenities are like no others on the beach.The condo is comfortable and well equipped. THE VIEW IS FANTASTIC !!! The owner has treated us well and we treat the condo as our home away from home.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

My husband and I stay in this condo whenever we go to Panama City Beach. This condo has the most beautiful views because it is right on the Gulf. It is very clean, nicely furnished and the kitchen has everything you could need to fix a meal in. The pictures are great and do this property justice. It is convenient to Pier Park and other nice restaurants - you can either go towards PC or Destin. It is a wonderful place to relax, open up the patio door and hear the ocean and feel those great breezes. The pool at Pinnacle Port is the best I have seen! The owner is easy to work making this our go to spot.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+.

About the owner: Rosezella has owned a condo at Pinnacle Port for over 30 years. Daughter Rhonda handles the administration for her.
Why the Owner Chose Pinnacle Port:
Rosezella has been coming to this beach since she was a teenager. We have many wonderful memories of family vacations in this area. We especially love being directly on the gorgeous white sand beach.

Very close to the excitement of Pier Park and all the activities of Panama City Beach but in a secluded, gated community perfect for a family vacation. Rose's Riviera is in the wing of the Pinnacle Port tower with the most spectacular views from all rooms. It is also one of the very few units with a reserved, covered parking space - a big plus in the busy summer months! And one of the more unique features is having Lake Powell as part of the property so it works for the fishermen in the family as well as the beach lovers.
