Destin beach front condo for rent! Fabulous newly renovated condo on the 1st floor at Windancer condos direclty on the beach! Step out the back door to the pool and down to the beach! Seasonal Beach service for 2 included! New renovations include new tile floors throughout, new furniture, fresh paint, a shower in the hall bath, and new flat screen TVs! Most 1BRs in this complex do not have a shower! Walk directly out the back door to the pool and beach! Great views of the Gulf of Mexico from inside the condo and from the double wide patio! This condo sleeps 4 with a king bed in the bedroom and a queen sleeper sofa in the living room. The master bathroom has a huge jetted tub and european style hand shower! The hall bathroom has a shower with 3 shower heads! Stackable washer and dryer in the unit! This condo has been nicely updated and is the perfect place for a vacation! Make wonderful memories here! The location can't be beat either! Walk to the Silver Sands Designer Outlet Mall, Buster's Bar and Grill, Winn Dixie, etc.! Golf at one of the 10 courses in the area from 1 mile to only 10 miles away! The Harbor area is only about 7 miles to the West. Take a deep sea fishing trip or a Dolphin Cruise or take in one of the many restaurants and bars in the Harbor Walk Village area! The Destin Commons Mall is just 3 miles to the West! The Big Kahunas Waterpark is just another mile from there! Location, Location, Location!

MY HUSBAND AND I JUST SPENT 11 DAYS IN FLORIDA AT A CRYSTAL WATERS REALITY VACATION CONDO, WINDANCER IS HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! IT WAS SO AMAZING! THE CONDO WAS UPDATED, CLEAN AND VERY CONVENIENT . WE HAD AN AMAZING VIEW OF THE POOL AND THE BEACH. WE COULD WALK RIGHT OUT OF OUR CONDO TO THE POOL AND STRAIGHT TO THE BEACH. THE PEACEFUL SOUNDS OF THE WAVES ALWAYS IN THE BACKGROUND MADE A BEAUTIFUL WHITE NOISE:) I WILL DEFINITELY RENT THERE AGAIN . THE PROPERTY IS VERY WELL MAINTAINED AND THE GENTLEMAN THAT MADE OUR RESERVATION WAS BRANDON AND HE WAS VERY HELPFUL. HE MADE SURE EVERYTHING WAS PERFECT FOR OUR ARRIVAL AND WHEN WE NEEDED TO EXTEND A DAY BECAUSE OF CAR TROUBLES HE WAS ON IT.Recommended for: Age 55+, sightseeing, romantic getaway, tourists without a car, families with young children, adventure seekers, girls getaway, people with disabilities.

Walk right out to the Pool, BBQ Grills, & the Beach! The condo has been upgraded with fresh paint, murals, and new TVs!
