Vaulted ceilings throughout. The home has two bedrooms and also TWO dens (one with fireplace), so kids have their own area for watching tv or playing games. Extra large sectional sofa in main den seats plenty! Main den has 43" flat screen HDTV, fireplace, ceiling fan. The sofa also converts to a queen size sleeper and I provide a down/feather bed topper for it so its super comfy also. The second den has a futon and a sofa/queen size sleeper, additional seating, direct tv, ceiling fan and enough room to set up the ping pong table. There are also two queen size air mattresses available (both can fit in the kids den in addition to the sleeper sofa and futon). The master bedroom has a king size bed, decked out with a down/featherbed topper to melt in, private bathroom with shower, tv, large closet and ceiling fan. The second bedroom has a double bed and a single, also with luxury mattress toppers and super soft comforters and tv. You have a large laundry room with washer and dryer. Kitchen includes all the amenities of home. I've made sure to include all the little things you might need, such as plastic bags, foil, plastic wrap, coffee filters, detergents, light bulbs, etc. to save you that expensive $200 trip to store for incidentals. Outside we have a BBQ pit, beach volleyball court in backyard, ping pong table, horseshoes, and large hammock for two off back patio. Large covered deck with outdoor living area with sofa, chairs, hammock, white lights make for a wonderful outdoor living area.
We are located 3 very short blocks from the beach. 3 very short blocks to the lagoon with fishing pier and boat launch.
We are walking distance to Schooners (the last local beach club), 2 blocks from a Dollar General Store, short drive to local grocery stores and about a mile from all the best restaurants Panama City Beach has to offer. This is a wonderful location on a very quiet block. We are located on the East end of Panama City Beach, so you will avoid all the traffic jams!

It also has some of the best dining at a variety of prices. The shopping is great and the new Pier Park outside mall is a must see, offering a variety of events year round. Panama City Beach offers a huge variety of activities for all ages.
