Year-round availability; one-week minimum rental. Light, fully furnished, air-conditioned, no smoking, please, three-level townhouse with fabulous views of the Flat Irons.
Spacious, upstairs master bedroom, bath, and office area opens to a full deck. Downstairs includes second bedroom, bath, laundry, and family room with extra bed (futon). The living room opens to a fountain and also includes a full sun room, dining room, and complete kitchen and powder room.
There is a set of open stairs to the master bedroom level which is not carpeted and not suitable for small children. On the back (small) deck there is a gas barbecue that overlooks an acre of open space. There is a good sized garage with extra space for bicycles and lots of outdoor parking as well.
Just out the door are miles of hiking trails on Boulder County open space. The Boulder Country Club is three minutes away.We are not members. Downtown Boulder is a ten-minute drive. This is a very quiet neighborhood - great for bicycling, running, or access to the mountains. Dogs are welcome, but please no cats.
