Our three-bedroom (loft bedroom included) condominium is our favorite home-away-from-home. We love our breathtaking views of the Continental Divide and 18-hole, golf course. View the wildlife while enjoying the beautiful Rocky Mountain sunsets from our balcony.
Our ski in/out unit has a new quad lift right outside of our building. Hike right outside our door.Close to lakes and beautiful area for summer fun. Our unit is bright with views from all of the windows and private balcony. It is tastefully decorated with three queen-size beds as well as a queen-size sofa sleeper. The master bedroom has a fill and drain hot tub, light a fire and enjoy a hot soak. Our private clubhouse has an indoor pool, outdoor hot tub, sauna, and steam room.
SolVista is a wonderful family friendly ski area. It is a great place to teach anyone of any age to ski and a great place to improve your skiing without standing in long lift lines. For winter fun take the lift outside of our building and ski SolVista. For the more advanced skier take the shuttle for the 20-minute trip to Winter Park, or snowmobile in Rocky Mountain National Park.
We are located between trendy Winter Park and beautiful Grand Lake. A short, 20-minute drive to either location. Rocky Mountain National Park and Hot Sulfur Springs are also a short distance. For summer fun view the wildlife while golfing at the SolVista, 18-hole, golf course. Three additional golf courses are within ten to 20 minutes away. Golf at Pole Creek, Grand Elk, or Grand Lake. Hike right outside of your door, enjoy a picnic lunch at scenic Grand Lake, or just sit on the deck and enjoy to peace and beauty.

Thank you so much for providing such a comfortable place for my birthday getaway weekend with my husband. Our family has stayed at your place before, and it was just as I remembered - clean, comfortable and quiet! Thank you for opening your home away from home! We enjoyed a week-end with friends and our children. There were 8 of us and found the condo most accommodating. We enjoyed the kitchen so we didn't have little ones to take to a restaurant. The fire works were fantastic! Thank you so much! We will visit again!

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in a rental property through VRBO and we've always been very happy with their facilities, they really seem to be as advertised. The location of this property for beginning skiers was ideal and it's just a short drive to one of my favorite ski areas- Maryjane- love it. We were extremely comfortable, had a nice amount of room to spread out, a great table for games and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub close by. We found it to be clean and there was a nice area to keep our ski equipment. The views were beautiful as well. I know we'll choose this property again. Maybe in the spring or summer this time!

I've stayed here during the winter ski season and the fall. Both times were exceptional. The close proximity to the Sol Vista and Winter Park make it ideal for the whole family. The fall colors were gorgeous. Having the loft gave the kids their own space while the adults had their privacy in their own bedrooms. We cooked most of our meals there and were quite happy with the kitchen and all the amenities. The living area was very comfortable and roomy. I definitely will return.

Our guys went up for the weekend and had a great weekend of golf, hiking, etc. Easy access to the trails and golfcourse were great. Comfortable beds, lots of frig room, what more could guys ask for right? This was our favorite place so far....

The previous comments do not fit at all with our experience, I think they must be on "medication." We loved the condo....comfy,cozy and fully stocked with anything we needed. It had plenty of room for our rowdy group. Having access to the pool and outdoor hot tub was awesome. We would rent it again in a heart beat!!

Loved my stay at the condo, it was a wonderful get away for me and my family. It was very peaceful and the view was amazing. I would recommend this condo to family and friends, it was even better than advertised. Exceptionally clean and delightfully decorated. Very comfortable, the hot tub especially! Had a great time, thanks to the owners for sharing this wonderful place for other to enjoy!

It is no surprise my family and I had another wonderful time vacationing in this condo. We have stayed here on three previous occassions over the past ten years and love everything about it. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very accomodating. We found everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Whether some in our party wanted to go hiking, golfing or just stay and read a book, the condo gave us the flexibility to enable everyone to enjoy their stay to the utmost. We look forward to coming back for another great vacation and great place to stay!
