This was exactly as advertised. The condo was clean, nice, and had everything we needed. The owner was very friendly and helpful with planning our vacation. I would definitely recommend this place to friends or family.

I have stayed at this condo quite a few times over the past five years and found it to be very comfortable. The owners have always been very helpful and responsive. The furniture is very comfortable and new. The condo is decorated very nicely. The view is breathtaking and is hard to duplicate. We have also enjoyed the clubhouse, particularly the hot tub. I will come back again because this has become my home away from home.

This is the 3rd time I've stayed in a rental property through VRBO and we've always been very happy with their facilities, they really seem to be as advertised. The location of this property for beginning skiers was ideal and it's just a short drive to one of my favorite ski areas- Maryjane- love it. We were extremely comfortable, had a nice amount of room to spread out, a great table for games and we enjoyed the pool, hot tub close by. We found it to be clean and there was a nice area to keep our ski equipment. The views were beautiful as well. I know we'll choose this property again. Maybe in the spring or summer this time!

This is not the condo for more than 4 people. The kitchen will only fit one person at a time. There were not enough bath towels,bar soap, dish towels, dish detergent, trash bags.We had to make a special trip to the store to buy such amenities and spend time washing the towels ro replentish The hot tub was luke warm. The dishwasher didn't clean the dishes.The extra blankets smelled of mildew. Absolutely no cupboard space for our groceries. The beds,towels & bedding were poor quality. Low lighting in the dining/living room. WiFi was poor reception. Mold was found on the master bath shower curtain.There was no one to call to replenish towels, etc The photos are deceptive when giving the size of the condo. The owners have not put money into bringing this condo up to standards...there was no thought in giving the renters a pleasant stay; only your money is desired. We were not given a canceled check for our deposit, they "tore" it up almost a month after our stay. When we complained to them, there was no response. We would not recommend this condo to any others. This is our first (and hopefully) last complaint regarding VRBO condo
Owner response:The review from this renter was unfounded and very disappointing to us as owners, especially since we pride ourselves on being responsive to problems when we know about them. We have never had a negative review and we are concerned that this reply was not done in good faith. We responded several times to the guest starting January 4 (not even a week after the guest checked out) that our policy is to tear up the deposit check. We have never had the need to keep a deposit and we did not keep it in this case. This review was written after we asked the guest if they knew about our broken window. Instead of responding to the question the guest continued to ask us about her deposit which we advised her we destroyed. Since we could not prove if weather or the guest broke our window we saw this as a cost of doing business.. Bottom line is we were unaware that the guest had any issues during her stay. We have contact information in the condo which was not used and if we had received a call about the towel issue or the lack of dishwashing soap it would have been resolved in 15-30 minutes. Regarding paper products and soaps we provide a courtesy amount and then guests are expected to supply their own over and above what we provide. This is customary for condo rentals. Our condo is a two bedroom unit with an additional loft bedroom as well as a sofa sleeper. This provides more than adequate space for eight guests as long as 2 can share a bed. The number of beds is clearly stated on VRBO and we often have eight quests in our unit very comfortably (including our 2 families). The statement about the condo only being large enough for 4 people is incorrect. Our furniture and mattresses are less than 3 years old. We have also recently updated the unit with new ceramic tile and new designer area rugs. All appliances are in good working condition. Regarding the lighting we do not have overhead lighting. We have tastefully decorated lamps that provide ample light for card and game playing which we do frequently in our condo. We are sorry that the guest was not happy with their stay.

The previous comments do not fit at all with our experience, I think they must be on "medication." We loved the condo....comfy,cozy and fully stocked with anything we needed. It had plenty of room for our rowdy group. Having access to the pool and outdoor hot tub was awesome. We would rent it again in a heart beat!!

This condo was very comfortable and nicely decorated. right on the slopes, the pool and hot tub are walking distance and a great place for the kids to relax and have fun! There is a city market real close, so it was easy to stock up on food and snacks. I would definetly recomend this as a great family vacation location!

We had such a great time at condo two years ago decided to come back. The accomodations are exactly as described--six of us very quite comfortable and everything was clean and well-maintained. We enjoyed the hot tub and indoor pool. The condo is very centrally located for a ton of activities--my husband played golf and I did lots of hiking--found a deserted cabin rumored to have been Ike and Mamie's hideaway! Also enjoyed a day at the Rocky Mountain national park.

I've stayed here during the winter ski season and the fall. Both times were exceptional. The close proximity to the Sol Vista and Winter Park make it ideal for the whole family. The fall colors were gorgeous. Having the loft gave the kids their own space while the adults had their privacy in their own bedrooms. We cooked most of our meals there and were quite happy with the kitchen and all the amenities. The living area was very comfortable and roomy. I definitely will return.

Our guys went up for the weekend and had a great weekend of golf, hiking, etc. Easy access to the trails and golfcourse were great. Comfortable beds, lots of frig room, what more could guys ask for right? This was our favorite place so far....

Our group of 8 had an incredible time exploring the heart of the mountains, cooking meals in the condo and out in the grilling area, relaxing in the hot tub, and enjoying the view from the patio. My husband and I took his parents to this condo for their first Mountain experience and it was one of their favorite memories of the trip. We will definitely be back!

It is no surprise my family and I had another wonderful time vacationing in this condo. We have stayed here on three previous occassions over the past ten years and love everything about it. The rooms are clean, comfortable and very accomodating. We found everything we needed to make our stay as relaxing as possible. Whether some in our party wanted to go hiking, golfing or just stay and read a book, the condo gave us the flexibility to enable everyone to enjoy their stay to the utmost. We look forward to coming back for another great vacation and great place to stay!

Thank you for opening your home away from home! We enjoyed a week-end with friends and our children. There were 8 of us and found the condo most accommodating. Loved my stay at the condo, it was a wonderful get away for me and my family. It was very peaceful and the view was amazing. I would recommend this condo to family and friends, it was even better than advertised. Exceptionally clean and delightfully decorated. Very comfortable, the hot tub especially! Not only is this a great place to stay during the winter, but what a wounderful get away during the summer. We made it to Grand Lake and enjoyed many water sports. We thank you for your SUPER accommodations. Everything about your condo was welcoming and comfortable right down to the flower arrangements in each room and the hummingbird feeder on the porch.
