Location
Boca Woods Country Club is located in Boca Raton off of State Road 441 just south of Glades Road. Boca Woods is a beautiful private gated country club community setting of single family homes oriented around two 18-hole golf courses. The community is beautifully landscaped and well maintained.

Communal Facilities
Community facilities include two 18-hole golf courses, a putting green, a driving range and pro shop as well as a community pool and terrace with newly decorated lunch/dinner facility and tennis courts. Other communal facilities include a recently redecorated club house with main dining room and bar serving brunches, lunches, and dinners. The club house also includes card rooms, locker rooms, an exercise facility, and a snack bar.

Inside

There is a recently updated kitchen with access to the pool terrace with new stainless steel appliances, new countertops, pots, pans, serving pieces, flatware, and dishware serving both the formal dining area and a family breakfast area overlooking the pool terrace and golf course.

The villa will be available starting October 15, 2012 for yearly lease or long-term seasonal lease (minimum of 4 months) at a rental rate of $4,500/month seasonally. Annual rate negotiable. The tenant is responsible for club charges, service fees and all utilities. Club membership and green fees are included in the rental fee.

Prospective tenants are required to submit personal and financial qualifications for review by the Boca Woods administration and the owner.

A minimum initial deposit of two months will be due upon signing of the lease.
