Welcome to your 'home away from home'! We offer a fabulous two bedroom non-smoking townhome with attached single car garage that has all the luxuries of your own home! There's no one above you and there's no one below you! Comfort, comfort, comfort best describes this home! One bedroom has a king bed which comfortably sleeps 2 with a private bathroom and the second bedroom has two bunkbeds (full/queen mattress on bottom and twin mattress on top) which sleeps 4 comfortably and a private bathroom. Each room has a TV with DVD player and cable. The living room also has cable TV with DVD player and plenty of comfortable seating to allow everyone to spend some quality time together. We also have a DVD library and board games for your enjoyment. Our kitchen / dining room is spacious and stocked with everything you need to cook home-cooked meals. One of the best features for all of you skiers (and boarders) is we are close to three ski lifts: Snowflake, Beaver Run and Quicksilver. You can take your last ski run down Four O'Clock Run which will take you directly across the street from the complex or you can ski down to Snowflake with just a short walk back to the unit. At the end of the day when you are ready to wind down and relax, just yards down a path out the back door, is the heated swimming pool (indoor/outdoor) and hot tubs. We are also just a 5-minute walk to downtown for shopping and restaurants. We now offer guest liaison services which allows all guests to have a local contact throughout their stay. Our manager, Lisa, is happy to assist you with coordinating lift ticket purchases, ski rentals, bus routes and mountain information, general questions or concerns, and is just a phone call away.

The Unique Benefits at this Townhome: Our family loves to spend time in Breckenridge! The town is charming. There are a vast number of experiences to be had, whether it is on the slopes or beyond. We enjoy it year round. There is a remodeled indoor/outdoor swimming pool/hot tub facility within walking distance from our back door and shopping and restaurants are only minutes away on foot. Our place is just so comfortable and our renters can appreciate that when you look out the windows in our unit, you are not looking directly into another unit.
