The Common area is centered around the kitchen with a convenient half bathroom neighbored by washer/dryer. After skiing, be sure to soak in the Condominium's two outdoor hot tubs. Osprey, ducks and geese abound and occassionally one can see a moose, fox, beaver and other representatives of Colorado's wildlife. We spent two months in the unit this summer. The view of Laken Dillon and surrounding mountains is spectacular, The unit is spacious and well laid out, nicely furnished, very clean, with excellent amenities.. Especially enjoyed the very large master bath with jacuzzi soaking tub. Well-located--short walk to Safeway (and soon, Whole Foods), short drive to Dillon, lots of hike and bike trails, and quick access to I-70. The owners were very responsive to any problems or concerns we had; however, since the unit is so well-maintained, we had very few issues. We found the listing on VRBO and liked the photos. But we always like to view a unit in person, and when we did, found it to look exactly as the photos depicted it. Overall, a perfect retreat. Would happily recommend it to friends and family.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

We took a family ski trip and booked this condo. It is right off I-70 in a great location and close to so much. The condo was clean and just beautiful! Fantastic view from back! Heated garage was super nice! Would book again in a heartbeat! Owner was fantastic to deal with!Recommended for: Adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car.

My husband and I stayed here for a weekend getaway. We enjoyed every minute of our time in the condo. The views are amazing, the rooms are clean and beautifully decorated and the jetted tub was delightful. Chocolate, wine and toiletries were conveniently included making our stay great. The condo was located between Main Street and I-70 with lakefront walking paths and views just outside. We enjoyed walking around the towns nearby and eating at the local restaurants, and returning to heated garage parking was so convenient at night. The condo is a quiet and peaceful property during the fall if you need a couple’s getaway, but it is spacious enough for many more guests. We could comfortably bring friends and family to this place in the future. I think this would be a great place to stay any season. The pictures did not do the condo justice; it was even more beautiful and spacious. We would love to go back again and highly recommend it to everyone.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

Best lake views in Colorado!

The condo is like brand new and has all the upgrades we put in our house (nice furniture and HD TV's, slab granite countertops, knotty alder cabinets and doors, travertine in the bathrooms). The lake was frozen but the view is like a postcard... you don't see any buildings, roads, or power lines... it's all natural... the lake, the Continental Divide (off in the distance), "Greys" and "Torreys" peaks and more. We did not use the outdoor hot tub but loved the jetted tub in the master bath. Summer would be just as awesome here on Lake Dillon and the bike path (great for kids). You are in town but the view is like what Colorado looked like 100 years ago!Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children, people with disabilities.

This condo is by far the best value in Frisco and possibly Summit County. I was pleasantly surprised as to how nice this condo is, both in furnishings and size. The furnishing you see in the pictures are the furnishings that were in the condo for our stay. All very high-end beds, mattresses and appliances. Unlike most condos, there is a lot of SF in this unit. While we only had 4 people staying there, it could easily accommodate a group of 6. It also has heated underground parking, which was so nice given the cold snowy mornings of winter. There is not another condo in the Frisco / Summit condo that is a better value for the money. I've stayed in other condos in the area and I would rate this one by far the nicest. You might find a cheaper condo, but you will not find a condo as nice as this for the price. Needless to say, if this condo is available again next year, we will be renting it.Recommended for: Romantic getaway, girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, tourists without a car, age 55+, sightseeing, families with young children.

This condo is a great value. It is conveniently located to many mountain resorts and I-70. Don't let the location fool you; once you are inside, it has a magnificent view of meadows, marshes and mountains. It is quite spacious; we were four adults and two kids and fit very comfortably. The hot tub is clean and in a pretty setting. The kitchen is new and functional. The decor is attractive. The beds (at least the one I tried) are very comfortable. It has a sunny eastern exposure but with sun shades if you want to tone it down. It has a huge TV screen in the living room and a smaller but still big enough one in the den for the kids plus board games. It's easy access to the stairs or the elevator to the heated garage, with thoughtful touches, like a luggage cart for packing in and out. We will definitely go back.Recommended for: Girls getaway, adventure seekers, families with teenagers, age 55+, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Timberline Cove:
Our family chose this location because it is one of the last lakefront properties to be built on Lake Dillon. The central location of this property was perfect for family members coming from Denver or the high country and optimal for skiing and countless summer activities. The unit was the perfect size for holiday functions and enjoying one another when we get together.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Many of our family members are avid skiers who use this condo for weekend trips and more extended stays over the holidays. In the summer, we take the boat on the lake quite often, fishing or just enjoying the weather. Though this property is secluded from the highway and other noise, it is very close to the standard amenities that make staying here very easy. Within a short drive, you have grocery stores, shopping, movie theaters and amazing restaurants.
