  The house is a perfect location for a vist to Disney World. The house was very clean and ready for us upon arrival. The kids really enjoyed the pool and when they got tired at the park it is only a 10 min drive to/from the parks. Within a mile of the Publix, drugstore and resturants. We took a break one day and drove over to Daytona - about one hour drive. We had plenty of room for the six of us and much better that staying on the inside at Disney World - which I have done and did not enjoy. I would most definitely stay here again and recommend to anyone.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, families with young children.

  Great Villa, Great Price, Great everything. We spent 13 nights at this beautiful villa and enjoyed every minute we were there. Pool and spa were great and house was very clean and as described. Very close to publix, super target and walgreens. gated community was a bonus and having a beautiful orange orchard in the back right off the pool screen was amazing, lots of wildlife to view. Frank was wonderful to deal with although we had no reason to contact him. Could use a bit more cook ware and kitchen essentials but nothing you cant pick up at the dollar store. Will recommend to anyone travelling to the Orlando area.

  This house was just as advertised, with accurate descriptions and pictures. The house was clean and well maintained. The owner was very accessible by both email and phone. We had one small issue with the pool spa which was fixed very quickly and completely to our satisfaction. The kitchen is a little short on dishes, which was not a problem for our party of 4, but might be if you had a larger group. It is a short, easy drive to Disney and is out of the major traffic areas. The grocery and drug stores are very convenient. I would rent this house again and have already recommended it to a friend. Overall, it was a very good experience.

  Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, girls getaway, families with young children, sightseeing.

  Well worth the money!! The home was beautiful and more than enough room for everyone. All the ammenities from home, and a great place to stay with kids. Would recommend the pool heat - we got it and what a difference it made! For the few of us that don't like cold water, having the heat sure kept me in the pool! Could swim at any time and the water was always warm!! Publix, Walgreens and liquor store right around the corner and honestly 10 mins from Disney and very easy to find!! We stayed March 09 and will definately be returning. Can't say enough about the property, don't pass this house by!! Thanks Frank

  We really enjoyed staying in this house at the end of January 2009. I can't imagine what it would have been like to stay in a small hotel room. We loved the layout of the house. It was perfect since we were traveling with two families to allow each some privacy. The house and pool were both very clean and well appointed. The location was great for us, as we planned to spend every day in Disney. The local stores and restaurants were close and easy to get to. We will be back!

  We have never rented before and were not really sure what to expect. WOW! What a great place to stay. The house was clean and very large and comfortable. The patio and pool were fantastic. We had to call the mangager about a minor problem and it was taken care of right away. I will be coming back next year! Thanks Frank!! PS Great location also. Very easy trip to Disney.

  We stayed at this property in August of 2008. My wife and I would highly recommend this property for anyone with small children. We have chidren ages 1 and 3 and had to make almost no adjustments to the home in order to accommodate our family. We found it to be very child safe.

  The house was very large and we loved the layout. The pool and spa was beautiful, and very clean. The whole house was very clean, it just needs a little paint and the blinds need to be replaced, other than that, we would definitely recommend Frank's house, it was a lot of house for the money and very comfortable!!

  I can't even begin to tell you the wonderful vacation we had in Orlando. This house has so much to offer. Everything within the house is clean and up-to-date making it a luxury. Also, believe me, groceries, restaurants, and pharmacies are literally a hop, skip, and about 3 minutes away. Don't stay in Orlando any other way!
