ABSOLUTELY NOTHING LESS THAN A WEEK (don't even ask). Cozy oceanfront home with updated kitchen, full updated bath upstairs, three bedrooms (two with single beds and one with queen). Downstairs, new bathroom with oversized shower and large countertop sink (particularly for the afterbeach crowd). Washer and dryer convenient outside of shower/bathroom. Large furnished deck off back two bedrooms and oceanfront.
House comes furnished with plenty of towels both up and downstairs (INCLUDING BEACH TOWELS), bed linens and hairdryers in both bathrooms.
New large Weber Grill right outside of kitchen door on side deck.
All you need is your clothes and food.
This house has been lovingly cared for by family and has not been a rental. It is a home, not a house.

We have never had such a wonderful family beach experience. So much so that we feel like we owe it to the owners to provide a review for them here. It took us five summers of renting to finally find the place that we've been hoping to find. The owners are a pleasure to deal with. They grew up in the home and care for it lovingly. We really came to appreciate how much this home means to them, as it comes through in how careful they are to prevent it from becoming a "party rental," as we found many rentals to appear to be. This is clearly a family rental and yes, you can let your children wander on the beach out front. What made our experience so unique was the family atmosphere that we felt just being there. This beach seems to attract families because from our first day there, our children had a gang of other kids they were running around with from morning to night. They played to exhaustion every day. As parents, we felt like we gave them an experience they will always remember. As for my wife and I, we spent our evenings sitting on the front porch with a glass of wine and dinner as the kids ran around on the beach in front of us. Neighbors would come by and have a cocktail with us, and overall, were very friendly. I like to fish, so the convenience of being on the beach was great. There were some big (30 lb) striped bass being caught right off the surf, so I made a routine of getting up at 6, filling a thermos with coffee and taking my rod and chair down to the water. I didn't catch anything, but boy was that a pleasant way to start the day. Renting a place on the beach isn't cheap, no matter where you go, and this place was a bit of a stretch on our budget. We decided to splurge and it turned out to be a great decision, as we have paid more for other rentals and left a bit regretful. We now intend to make this place our annual family beach vacation spot. I would not be writing this if we had not already booked our week for next summer!Recommended for: Families with teenagers, sightseeing, romantic getaway, age 55+, families with young children, adventure seekers.

This house, located right on a private beach is great for families. The central location was also great for walks and going out at night. The house was immaculate. would highly recommend.Recommended for: Families with young children.

The Unique Benefits at this House:
The deck on the front overlooks the ocean and you can step right onto the sand. Great place to sit and read, whether you like the deck or the sand. It is truly the nicest beach along the north jersey coast
