Why do we recommend you to come and stay at our cozy beach condo? I'll tell you why, it's because the building is smaller, only has 6 units. Your beach is less crowded because we are across the street from North Side Park.( Which I might add has a lovely playground that the children will enjoy.) We have lifeguards guarding the beach so you can be safe. You will have an amazing view of the ocean, sand, and the dunes. Your semi-private beach area in front of the building features a shared picnic table and room to play sand games. You will enjoy sitting on the balcony and watching the sun come up. Also, the cook gets to see the ocean all day long. However, The cook can be taken out to any one of the fine restaurants that are in walking distance. Once you park your car, there is no need to drive. The grocery store is only a few blocks away! The North Side Park is across the street, the beach is at your doorstep. What more could you ask for while on a relaxing vacation?
Inside your unit you have cable TV in every bedroom, plus the living room. You have an outside shower, private locked storage closet, private ocean front balcony, washer and dryer, and the bathrooms are tiled. The weekly prices ranged from $1500- $2300 a week. Weeks run from Saturday to Saturday. Features a master suite with a queen size bed, with it's own bathroom. The middle bedroom has 2 sets of bunkbeds. (single on top, double on bottom.) The third bedroom has two twin beds. The entire unit has wireless internet access.
The unique benefits of Ocean Spray Unit #1 is that there is no elevator for it's a first floor unit. Easy access to the ocean, across the street from the park. Some might say it's the best of both worlds.

About the owner: My name is Earl Cramer. The picture is of me and my family in 2010. I love the beach, the ocean, the swimming. I have even tried my luck at fishing! Having Ocean Spray has been a dream and a blessing.
Why the Owner Chose Ocean Spray:
My family and I chose Ocean Spray because we only live 15 minutes away from the beach. We can get away without ever being away. We purchased it in 2001 when the market was just starting to go up. It has been a great investment but also a great joy.
