  This home was perfect! We had seven adults in our group with plenty of space for all of us. The bedrooms were quite spacious, the kitchen is setup to be very functional & it's fully equipped and the livingroom - dining area easily accommodated all of us. We were there in the winter and did not use the deck, but in the summer months with would also be a wonderful gathering space. Then there is the location, absolutely perfect for walking everywhere in town. The Surf is a short two blocks and the downtown main street, park square, and beaches are all an easy stroll away. Great parking setup and even a garage bay, which we used and loved in -4 degree temps. And lastly, the owners were fabulous to work with, the rooms were clean and ready. And checkout and other details were handled so casual and friendly-like. All I can say is five stars all the way.

  This home was wonderful! It had everything we needed and was really comfortable. Too often we have rented places in which the beds were really uncomfortable. These were great! The home was comfortable, pretty, and really roomy. Great location! Views of the lake, close to everything! Best family holiday in years! We definitely plan to come back to this home next year!

  Our stay was just wonderful! The location is absolutely perfect to downtown Clear Lake. The owners were very easy to work with and they keep the property perfectly clean! We had absolutely no problems and the house is even better in person than in pictures!

  Our stay was wonderful. The property is everything listed, and more. The house was very clean. It was comfortably and tastefully furnished. The location is within easy walking distance of downtown, therefore offering a more quite atmosphere from the noisy traffic. Public access swimming is available a short distance across the street. We enjoyed a relaxing, comfortable, wonderful vacation.
