This is an exceptional 3,737 square foot home located right on the water in the Tahoe Keys. You won’t find a home with better views! Almost every window looks out at gorgeous Mt. Tallac and the Tahoe Keys.
The den is cozy with a fireplace and wet bar. The kitchen is central to the spacious upstairs living area. There are window seats looking out at the gorgeous view in the kitchen. The extra large dining table can seat almost the whole group! There are two decks, one of which contains a gas bbq. On the same floor is the large living room which also has a fireplace and two leather sleeper sofas.
There are 3 master suites, one of which has a separate sitting area with a sleeper sofa and another bedroom with 2 queen beds. There is an extra large hot tub on the deck outside and another deck that looks out at the boat dock. This gorgeous home can easily sleep up to 14 people!

I stayed here with my family (me, wife, 2 small kids) and my in-laws (2 adults, 2 kids) and the house was perfect. Really big and the layout is ideal for multiple families. The location was also great. The Tahoe Keys are beautiful and close to a lot of restaurants, etc. Casinos are a short drive away (5 minutes).Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, age 55+, families with teenagers, pet owners, families with young children, girls getaway.

We chose this property to host a group of 8 adults for a weekend ski trip. While the main living space floor plan is open, the furniture and condition of the property do not lend itself to settling in and enjoying the property. The house is dingy and the furniture is more than well worn. We found trash and food underneath tables and furniture. The kitchen is very outdated with archaic and ill-fitting appliances. While technically the house can sleep up to 14 this requires pulling accordion walls and provides no accessibility except through a shared bathroom (which - by the way - has a broken door that doesn't close). There were no personal soaps, shampoos or basic amenities you would expect from the cheapest motel nor were there conveniences like kitchen towels. The layout of this house did not work well for our group. To say we were disappointed is an understatement. About the only thing you get with this property is location. We definitely would NOT recommend this property to friends or family.Owner response: We were also disappointed that we couldn't please this guest. It is posted at the house that if for any reason the house is not as advertised, anything is broken, not cleaned to their standards, etc. they are to call the local property manager and the situation will be rectified. We have given credits when something breaks and cannot be fixed during a stay, for example the hot tub. This guest did not give us the opportunity to address his concerns during his stay. He asked for compensation afterward but we were unable to substantiate his complaints into a monetary payment. The home is exactly as described. It has not been remodeled however we have kept everything in working order or replaced it since purchasing the home. The sleeper sofas in the living room are high quality leather and less than 2 years old. There is a new refrigerator and cooktop in the kitchen. A brand new boat dock also. All kitchen utensils, linens and soft goods are inventoried and replaced as needed on an annual basis. Professional window and carpet cleaning occur at least twice yearly. The home is professionally cleaned after every stay and again before a guest arrives. I visited the home after this guest and did indeed find a piece of candy and a wrapper under a couch. This is not acceptable, however was not as bad as the guest described. We guarantee that the home is as described on the site and are responsive to any problems or concerns that come up during a guest stay. It's unfortunate that home owners are held hostage to the threat of inaccurate reviews if they don't come up with monetary compensation. Luckily we have many happy, returning guests who make up for it.

About the owner: This is the first home we've purchased in South Lake Tahoe. We have other vacation rentals in Kona but always spend time in the Tahoe Keys area every summer. As frequent vacation rental customers we know what travelers want for their vacation home. We strive to provide all of our guests with the same experience we would want to have.

We chose this home because it was large enough for our extended family to gather. Plenty of room for everyone to have a place to sleep and large common areas to play together. Plus we all enjoy the amenities of Tahoe Keys, pools, tennis courts, playground & more!

This home is centrally located in South Lake Tahoe with easy access to beaches and ski runs. Being able to dock your boat right outside the home for easy access is the best! And the Tahoe Keys is known for its indoor pool, tennis courts, playgrounds and water activities.
