We really enjoyed our stay in your condo. Most amazing views from the balcony of both the ocean, pool and city lights of of Miami. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the valet parking worked well for us. There was lots of space for the 3 of us and it was convenient to be able to take the stairs to get to the condo. The location was excellent, access to South Beach and a short drive to Aventura. The pool was great for lap swimming and the walks on the beach memorable. I would definitely recommend the property to others.Recommended for: Age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

Thank you for the use of your condo last weekend. My son and I had a wonderful time on Miami Beach. Everything worked out well, except for the football game, in which our team lost badly. Your place is beautiful. If we come back to Miami we’ll check in with you again.Recommended for: Sightseeing, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, tourists without a car, age 55+, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.

The pictures fairly accurately depict this condo. The only exception is that the stairs now have a few broken tiles. They aren’t unsafe but are a little unsightly. This will be a nice place to stay if you come prepared with everything you need. The kitchen area is pretty but is lacking in supplies. There are plenty of pans and a complete set of knives and if you bring your own plastic cups, flatware, paper towels and even garbage bags you will be set. We even bought a hand crank can opener and left it there because there was no way to open cans. The upstairs sitting area is quite nice. It is a loft so is not completely private if you have others staying downstairs. The bed is comfortable. Bed linens and bath towels are provided. You will need to bring your own beach/pool towels. The upstairs shower is a little odd but it works. One review on the other website talked about how nice it was to have wash gel provided. Nothing like that was provided when we were there. Bring all your own soap, shampoo, etc. (At least toilet tissue was provided.) Valet parking for one car is included. If you have a second car you can pay $50 to the valet company to have it parked for up to one month. The difficult thing is that when you arrive and unload all your luggage, groceries, etc. you have to haul them up about a dozen stairs into the lobby. The condo unit is on the second floor. When we were there you could not access it using the elevator because of a collapsed ceiling in one of the hallways so you also had to haul everything up stairs to the second floor. The best thing about this condo is that it is right on the beach. The view from the balcony is great and the mirrors on the wall opposite the kitchen enable you to see the ocean from the kitchen. The pool area is pretty nice. There is a small convenience store in the basement level of the hotel. The hotel restaurant/bar is right underneath this condo. Saturday night was karaoke night and the bass could be heard until the wee hours. If you are a light sleeper ear plugs might be a good idea. It didn’t bother me but others in our party were bothered by it. As I said, this will be a nice place to stay if you know what you are getting and are prepared.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, romantic getaway, families with young children, girls getaway.
