Why the Owner Chose New Braunfels
We love the river and we all grew up in New Braunfels. I am a 1982 graduate of New Braunfels High School and my husband is a Canyon High School graduate. 2 of my boys have graduated from New Braunfels High and my third is on his way as he is a freshman next year.

The house is located on the Comal River. It has 2 private decks overlooking the river. There is also Schlitterbahn right across the street and Rockin' R River ride outfitters right next door. Just 3 miles away is historical Gruene, Texas, which also sits on the Guadalupe river. New Braunfels downtown is just a hop-skip-jump away. There is so much to do in this centrally located establishment. Come see us.
