If you’re looking for a vacation at the beach, but don’t want to pay those huge amounts at the larger complexes, this is the place for you.
This 2 Bed/1 Bath unit is beautifully furnished and very well maintained. There are many extras that make it one of the better values at the beach.
The kitchen has gorgeous “custom cabinets” and “thick” granite countertops. It’s fully stocked with everything needed for that chef in your party.
The Living Room has a 37” Vizio TV mounted on the wall for your enjoyment. The sofa pulls out into a Queen sleeper for the ability to sleep 6 very comfortably. Right off the living room is an intimate balcony where you can relax and watch our amazing sunsets, read a book, or just take in the beauty of the area.
The bedrooms are large in size and very comfortable. The Master Bedroom offers a Queen bed with a 27” flat screen TV and a desk area, if you “have” to get some work done. Free Wi-Fi is available. It has a private Balcony which overlooks Gulf Shores’ nature and Lake Shelby. A very special feature in the master is an electric “fireplace” for cozy evening in or to keep you toasty warm on those chilly winter nights.
The Guest Bedroom has a Queen bed, a 20” flat screen TV and is beautifully decorated. A twin roll-away bed is tucked in the closet so a 7th person can sleep comfortably.
All Towels and Linens are “Hotel Quality”. You won’t find any of those thin scratchy sheets in Here! A Washer and Dryer are in the closet of the master bedroom so you don’t have to use the public ones as with some other units in this complex. A private storage area is available to use by the pool for any beach items or larger things you may need to store.
Gulf House is a low density condominium directly on our sugar white beaches with only 36 units making it a very peaceful and relaxing place for that perfect vacation. It offers a swimming pool with sun deck and a BBQ area with gas grills and picnic tables. Spend the day relaxing on the beach and soaking up the sun. You’ll have plenty of room to stretch out since our beach isn’t over crowded like most. Beach Service is available for your convenience.
Gulf House is located less then a mile east of Hwy. 59, the heart of Gulf Shores. Walk to the newly built pier for a day of fishing then make your way to the “Hangout” for your favorite beverage while enjoying the live music. The Gulf House is the perfect place to be for the 4th of July fireworks display or if you’re here for the famous Shrimp Festival. Girls, come enjoy a “shoppers get-away”! The Tanger Outlet Mall is only 15 minutes away, straight up Hwy. 59. There are plenty of restaurants and activities with in walking distance. Near by you can find Golfing, Shopping, Amusement Park, Zoo, Movie Theaters, Water Park, Deep Sea Fishing, Sailing…..the list goes on forever!!!

This condo was so comfortable, with everything you could possibly need or want..just like home. Carts located next to elevator in the covered parking made it very easy to unpack the car and transport everything to our condo. Having a washer and dryer in the condo was so convenient. The kitchen was fully stocked, made cooking in for breakfast and occasional dinner awesome. The beds were comfortable and the location of the condo made it very quite, no traffic from other guest. Plenty of towels, and linens! Most awesome thing for us is the locker down stairs next to parking filled with chairs, and beach toys for the kids. This keeps you from having to purchase these items, store them in your condo or pack them for the trip home. The weather was perfect, and we are already talking about coming back fro the fourth of July. This condo is decorated just like I would my own home. Very comfortable sofa's and recliner...great for the men wanting to watch the game. Owner was very friendly and made renting a breeze!

It's like your all alone in your own place. You can leave the front door open and enjoy the view without having to worry that someone will be looking in on you. I'm glad you took advantage of the locker by the pool. You have enough things to bring with you on vacation so having these things available is a pleasure to be able to give our renters. Hopefully we'll see you again for July 4th....but book early....it will go fast... it's a great place for watching the fireworks!!! Thanks again :)

We needed a place to stay for 2 nights and the owner was accommodating and very friendly. The condo was nice size for the 3 of us although we didn't do much more than sleep there. When I told her about a few things that needed fixing she indicated that they would be taken care of. The internet was a bit frustrating (very slow) but we didn't really need it that much anyway. All in all we had a nice stay albeit too short. We would have liked to stay longer.
Recommended for:Girls getaway, age 55+, families with young children, sightseeing, families with teenagers.

Wonderful Condo With Plenty Of Space

We stayed in this condo 4th of July, 2011 and really enjoyed it very much.The pictures do it justice. The condo was very spacious and being on the end of the floor it was like having 3 balconies. One on each side of the condo (front door & living room) beach side view and one off the master looking toward the state park. Breakfast out on the living room balcony was very nice while watching the dolphins in the morning. The kitchen was well equiped and bath towels were plentyful. The beds were very comfortable to sleep on. The ice maker was a nice feature to have also. 5 Of us stayed and the hot water was plentiful. Although the internet service was not the best, we did have it and it seemed to get better the longer we stayed. The storage locker down by the pool was so nice to have because we did not have to carry all our beach chairs and unbrellas up to our condo. We would just put them in the locker when we came off the beach and then the only thing we were carrying up was our cooler and beach bag. There were chairs, umbrellas, floats and body boards provided however when we have traveled before with chairs and umbrellas provided they were not in good shape being rusted and half broken. That was so not the case here. Although we did not use them because we did bring our own the chairs and umbrellas that were there for us to use were in great shape. We sat out on the beach for the fireworks that were set off from the pier and it was such a wonderful show. A BIG Thank You to the city of Gulf Shores for a great fireworks show. One of the best we have seen and we have seen many from the beaches along the gulf coast. Management of this condo made it very easy to rent and were available to help in any way. I would highly recomend this condo to family and friends. Best Features: Location, Unit Very Clean, Wonderful Beach Side View, Plenty of Towels, Great Washer and Dryer in Condo, Ice Maker, Very Spacious, Comfortable Beds, Kitchen Well Stocked, Low Level Storage Unit, Nice Pool. Not So Best Features: Internet Service, No Blender, Elevator was out a time or two but we were located right at the stairs so not such a problem for us because we used the stairs mostly anyhow.

I will definitely get another. That is an essential for making your beach side beverages. They have had some problems with the elevator but are working on that also. I'm glad you enjoyed the firework display, it's great sitting on the beach to watch them. This is a perfect place to be for them!!!
