My family and I rented this property for 8 days over spring break. The accomodations and location exceeded our expectations. The unit consisted of a bedroom with king size bed, bath, full kitchen, living area and lanai over looking the Hilton lagoon and Diamonhead. We rented the adjoining room as well that had twin beds, a bath and a kitchenette. We had a spectacular view of the fireworks from the lanai that happen over the lagoon every Friday. The rooms were quiet, clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the amenities of the Hilton including lei making, pools, shopping, and the pengiun feeding. (I even got to pet one!) Best of all was Waikiki beach adjacent to the Hilton. You can rent sea kayaks, paddle boards and water bikes on the beach for a fraction of the price that the Hilton charges. And with the Hilton, you can only use their equipment in their lagoon not the ocean. We have already recommended this VRBO property to friends. Much better to stay here than in the Rainbow Tower hotel rooms. And we never had anyone approach us to take the Hilton's time share spiel. Lastly, the owner of this listing was professional and prompt in his communication. Thank you for a wonderful place to stay during our vacation. I highly recommend renting this property.Recommended for: Sightseeing, age 55+, adventure seekers, people with disabilities, families with teenagers, girls getaway, tourists without a car, romantic getaway, families with young children.
