Why the Owner Chose Navona: I have bought this apartment last year having sold a shop that my mother left me. After my mother passed away I inherited also the tenant of the shop who decided to stop paying the rent. I found very difficult to deal with this tenant so I decided to sell the shop and buy this apartment of which I immediately fall in love. The fact that the Musician Rossini lived in this building made the apartment even more attractive to me. It is very close to where I leave, it is very quite, despite it is 80 meters from Piazza Navona and behind Piazza del Pasquino, it is full of light, cheerful, with beautiful old ceilings and so cosy.
