Brand-new, large, three bedroom, three bath, Non-Smoking duplex located on the water with fenced in yard, and 40 foot of dockage. Located across the street from the Cabana Club, Membership is included. Cabana Club amenities: Beautiful Oceanfront Beach, Large Heated Pool, Jacuzzi, Restaurant, and Bar.

Two of the three bedrooms are Master Suites each with their own baths and balconies. The Third Bedroom has two trundle beds. Which also sets up as two king-size beds with a semi-private bath and balcony. Each Bedroom has its own TV, beautifully furnished and appointed.

Living area and kitchen are open and beautifully decorated Living room has its own TV and VCR. Outdoor dining or eat at the kitchen bar. The kitchen is well stocked, for all you cooks out there. And there is even an extra refrigerator in the garage for bait, sodas, and beer. Come and enjoy this Jewel.

  • Three couples stayed at this house - it was wonderful - very roomy and comfortable. All the comforts of home. It was in a quiet community and we found it to be very relaxing, yet close to many activities and restaurants. Along with the house we had access to the Cabana Club which was great. We enjoyed the beach, had a couple of great lunches and had fun at happy hour. We would recommend this house to anyone and would certainly return if the opportunity arose.

  • This is a lovely home. Decorated beautifully - well stocked kitchen. The furniture was extremely comfortable - beds are great - all of them - nice, firm mattresses. Each bedroom had it's own TV, which was great for our two kids. We enjoyed the excellent outdoor furniture on every balcony and in the back courtyard! The Cabana Club with beach & heated pool was almost directly across the street and we enjoyed going there almost every day. We wanted for nothing during our 1-week stay. Marathon is a lovely town with large grocery stores, drug stores, restaurants, etc. Our family of four stayed there the last week of Feb-1st week of March 2005 and we highly recommend this house. We would definitely stay there again.

  • My family and I stayed at this property during Aug 04 and had a blast. We found the property to be clean, comfortable and stocked with everything we needed. The location was perfect for outdoor activities and close to many good resturants. Even got to experience a little of Charley. I would suggest this property to family and friends. Thanks for a great vacation.
