You don't have to wonder where our condo is. We have Unit B110 and it’s next door neighbor and they have great locations. When people don't clearly state their unit number you should wonder why! We face the pool, and it is only a short walk to the beach! It is on the ground floor and you will love never needing the elevator, and no stairs to go down on your way to the beach or pool. Book early because last summer it was booked solid!
Attention to detail is what we do!
Our bottom floor two bedroom unit has a courtyard view of the Pool, and Tropical Gardens. Unit B110 has an open floor plan that leads to a private spacious patio with outdoor table with four chairs and a rocker.
The condominium's kitchen is well appointed with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and beautifully tiled floors. All dishes, cooking utensils, and bake ware are provided to cook and serve meals. There is also a high chair for a little one.
The master bedroom features a king sized bed, a 32' wall mounted flat screen TV with DVD player and a desk. The large master bathroom features a garden tub and a separate stand up shower as well as a wall mounted blow dryer.
Everything you need is just a short walk or drive from this unit! Book today and enjoy our home away from home.

WE LOVED THIS PROPERTY! THIS WAS OUR FOURTH TIME @ WATERSCAPE AND THIS LOCATION WAS BY FAR THE BEST. WE LOVE THE CONVENIENT LOCATION ON THE GROUND FLOOR. MAKES IT SO MUCH EASIER WITH KIDS AND GROCERIES. WE HOPE TO STAY HERE IN THE FUTURE. THANKS FOR SHARING YOUR CONDO WITH US.Recommended for: Families with teenagers, families with young children.

Why the Owner Chose Waterscape:
All I can say is that this is the only property I even considered buying. The water area is the best!
We chose the bottom floor unit because of the convenience. We can pull our car right in front of our unit to unload, and then drive a short distance to the covered parking. With a first floor unit we never have to wait on an elevator or walk down long corridors with a handful of groceries or beach toys.
The Unique Benefits at this Condo:
Our family enjoys the many pools and the lazy river. Our godchild particularly enjoyed the children's water area. We love the beautiful white beaches and have made great use of the gas grills on the property.
Our unit is close enough to the hustle and bustle of Destin shopping but we come home to the less hectic Fort Walton Area.
