This is a very comfortable condo, with above-average amenities. It was very well maintained and all concerns were addressed immediately by the owner. I would not hesitate to recommend this condo to any one. Experienced some noise from other tenants on the above floors. This was rectified quickly. The golf course and all associated buildings were kept immaculate. The staff at Heritage Bay are wonderful. We loved the golf, the lending library and the property as a whole. Food in the Dining room was above-average, with theme nights i.e. Prime Rib night, Seafood night, Italian, etc. with live entertainment on those occasions. There is something for everyone at Heritage Bay.Recommended for: Age 55+.
