The village is located on Georgia Highway 18 West just 1 mile from world-famous Callaway Gardens Southern Pines entrance, minutes from Roosevelt State Park, and Warm Springs, Georgia and FDR's Little White. On the grounds are a swimming pool, tennis courts, basketball, shuffleboard, putt-putt golf, nature trails, two playgrounds, recreation center, and a Alpine Events Center.
