It is located right in the middle of the action – within 3 miles either way of Old Town and main street Park City with its famous Art Galleries, upscale Restaurants and the unique flair of an old west mining town or the newly constructed Kimball Junction commercial area of Redstone Square offering choices in Fine Dining, Fast Food, Grocery, Theater, Fuel, Banking.
Very comfortable and spacious at approximately 6700 SF it features a total of 7 Bedrooms (all with flat screens)+ Convertible sofa bed and 5 Bathrooms for the discriminating vacation renter and is furnished with very comfortable designer furniture and well equipped with all the best amenities to make your stay in Park City a memorable one.
The Property is a 3 level mountainside residence kept warm with radiant heat and equipped with two master bedrooms, 3 queen rooms, 1 twin room and a bunk bed room. The main level of the house features 4 bedrooms and two bathrooms, a modern kitchen with stainless steel appliances and amenities, breakfast nook and walkout access to the main floor outside patio, a large family room with an unbelievable view of the mountains, gas fireplace, a 70’’ TV for family entertainment and also a pullout sleeper, a formal living room with a wood burning fireplace, a formal dining room, laundry room, kids Wii room and access to the 3 car garage. The upper level is home to a 850 SF Owners Suite Master Bedroom has a king bed with the coziest of linens, down comforters with its own sitting room along with a gas fireplace and 60” flat screen TV, large bathroom with a separate shower and bath.
The lower living level features a large approximatly 650 SF 2nd Master Bedroom with its own sitting room and 60” flat screen TV, a bathroom with separate shower and bath. The lower living area also contains a queen bed room with bathroom, large family room with gas fireplace and flat screen TV, pool table area, poker table area, steam room, wine cellar and walkout access to a covered backyard patio area that features a hot tub with the capacity for 8. All three levels of the property can be accessed via the 3 story all wood spiral staircase.
High-speed internet access with wireless network and laptop are included. Daily or mid-week cleaning services can be provided by Your park city rental com upon your request. A car is recommended, as it is one mile to the base of The Canyons and 3 miles to Deer Valley / Park City resorts. The home requires a five-night minimum for all reservations.

My family and brothers family that counts 10 which includes 6 kids ranging from a teenager to 7 years old had the most wonderful opportunity to stay at this private vacation getaway during the 2010 Christmas holiday. We were met at check in by the property caretaker BJ whom happens to be the owner’s mother and grandmother and resides in an apartment connected to the home. We were treated extremely courteous and even got help with our many bags by her husband Wayne who works at Deer Valley Resort. When we walked in the property was unbelievably clean and organized and was a great fit for our families. The owner had even put up a tree and decorated it for our stay knowing that we had kids to surprise. BJ let us know that she would be available for any issues or questions then gave us a quick tour of the home which included a viewing of all the bedrooms showcasing the two beautiful masters, showing us how the TV and DVD players worked in all the rooms, how easy it was to find everything we needed in the kitchen and pantry, the coolest downstairs game room which included a very warm fireplace, flat screen/DVD/XBOX, wet bar, pool table, poker table, steam room and even a wine cellar that we could sample bottles from for a very reasonable price. It seemed like there was no end in sight to this houses amenities. If the kids were not downstairs doing their thing than they were on the main level playing in the Wii room or hanging out with us in the kitchen while cooking or watching a movie on the 77” TV in the family room or outside playing in the snow using the snow boogie boards that BJ pointed out in the garage. The house was so conveniently located to all the resorts and shopping that it made it a breeze to transport the crew to anywhere they wanted to go. Although there are so many great places to eat in Park City we ended up feeling so at home we ate in or barbequed almost every night. I have stayed at many rental properties in my travels around the world but my stay here was perfect for our families 2010 Christmas holiday and hopefully the property will be available next year when I decide where I want to be for 2011.

About the owner: The house was purchased for my 4 children thru an Educational LLC as way to provide traditional family experiences in this fast moving digital age. The family is truly blessed to be able to enjoy looking at these amazing mountains and feel the serene environment this home provides. From family snowboarding/skiing, snowmobiling and sledding adventures in the winter to flyfishing, golfing, hiking and mountain biking trips in the summer there is no bad time to enjoy a vacation in Park City.
