  We enjoyed our stay at this condo on the beach on Boca Grande. The condo and resort were as described. The condo was nicely decorated, clean, and well-stocked. The beach and the water were wonderful, and we found a lot of nice sea shells. The pool was clean and had plenty of chairs and umbrellas and a tiki bar. The food at the resort restaurant was excellent, although it was closed many of the nights during our visit due to it being off-season (as were some of the other island restaurants). The weather was so perfect every day that it seems odd that May is considered off-season. We would definitely rent this condo again. We took a boat tour to Useppa Island for lunch with Boca Boats and that was excellent too; we had a lot of dolphins frolicking in our wake.

  Enjoyed every minute of our vacation in this lovely condo on fantastic beach. The condo was very clean, well stocked with everything we needed for our stay. Owner was very helpful in booking process, answered all our questions, sent easy to follow directions to condo, and had a helpful information booklet in condo which we used many times during our stay. The club was well cared for with beautiful landscaping. We enjoyed using the pool as well as the chairs with umbrellas on the beach. The view is fabulous and sunsets every night fabulous. We hope to return to BG someday and would definitely stay at this condo again.

  My wife and I stayed at this condo in January of this year and loved it. It is a beautiful, well maintained one bedroom condo with all the amenities. The beach is a short walk (+/- 100 yds) directly out the back door. The building is quiet and privacy is assured. The restaurant and pool are literally next door. The owners were extremely helpful in terms of information and tips. They had a nice welcome package waiting for us which was a nice touch. My only recommendation for the owners is to secure access to one of the outside grills at another building as this particular building doesn't have one. There are lots of good restaurants and fun activities in town. All in all this was an excellent condo and I highly recommend it to anyone interested in visiting Boca Grande and enjoying this south Florida gem.

  Recommended for: Families with young children, families with teenagers, romantic getaway, sightseeing, age 55+, people with disabilities, adventure seekers, girls getaway.

  We are completing a month long rental. This unit is exceptional and clearly at the top of the list at the Boca Grande Club. We have seen a number of other one bedrooms here and the others to not measure up to this one. Everything is first class--the furniture, fabric colors, the layout of the kitchen and the glassed in porch which converts to a screened porch. The location provides direct sunsets each evening, expansive Gulf views and direct access to the beach without having to go down stairs or use an elevator. We would highly recommend a stay at this impressive unit.

  Review #5938844 A Perfect Place for Two We could not have asked for a more attractive or comfortable one-bedroom condo with its handsome furniture, beautiful fabrics,and a state of the art kitchen. Everything from the dinnerware and cookware to the sheets and towels were top of the line. The king size bed was incredibly comfortable. A long wall of combined windows and screens overlooks the dunes and the gulf. The sunsets were incredible. Making our reservation was easy, and the owner quickly responded to our request for directions from the Ft. Myers Airport to Gasparilla Island. He was also accessible if special needs presented themselves. This is truly an amazing place.

  Only really good things to say. The unit is perfectly decorated. The kitchen is a dream. The bed and bedding so comfortable. Great TV (HD). Boca Grande Club is just a beautiful place. The beach, the pool area, the tennis facility, the restaurant. Everyone is so nice. We liked it so much, we bought a place. Want to keep going there. Obviously, we recommend this property with no reservations. No pun intended.

  I have had excellent experience with VRBO but this was the best ever. Your property was precisely represented on the website and lived up to every promise of stunning interior, state-of-the-art appliances, a fabulous bathroom ( with a HUGE shower) and an amazing ocean view with incredible sunsets! The actual location is the BEST! We enjoyed the close proximity of the Dunes room (where we played piano and read), the restaurants and the pool. DC105 is the Best! Also, your personal attention made us feel like true guests rather than renters. Your info packet was helpful with details about everything from condo care, to your favorite restaurants and the best golf clubs. Additionally, we loved the wonderful Boca Club with first-class amenities and staff. Lovely pool, hot tub and beach. The island offerings were also great. We enjoyed a self guided cart tour on the old rail bed, the light house tour and shopping in the unique stores in the village. But it was always especially fun after a day out and about to return and see those gorgeous iron gates slowly open into that special Boca Grande haven (heaven?). What a great spot. I see why you love it. We did too.

  We had a great time. The apartment was perfect - as was the weather. We loved it. Everything was just as expected and described. It was a very nice touch to arrive to a bottle of wine, Starbucks Coffee & nuts !! The Apartment is nicely renovated. Great appliances and dishes and all the comforts of home. The bed is very comfortable and the sheets were nice and soft. Good renovation in the marble bathroom too. We had friends who rented another one bed room at the Boca Grande Club and it had not been renovated and was really tattered and showing it's age. So we doubly appreciated how nice this little bolt hole was. Staying in the BG Club is very nice too as you can go over to the pool and have lunch and swim there if you want but there is a very long stretch of beach that is in front of the club with chairs and umbrella's and towels that they Club puts out for you. We found many beautiful shells and sand dollars as we took long walks along the beach. Loved looking at all the beautiful houses on the beach. The swimming is perfect. Boca Grande is an island lost in time. What Florida used to be in the 1950's and they seem to be keeping it that way. The town is charming and there are a couple very good restaurants too. Amazing place to ride a bike as there is a bike /golf cart trail the entire length of the island. We didn't eat dinner at the Club but they seem to have a nice restaurant there. We cooked in a few nights which was really cozy and watch TV on the big flat screen in the living room. We look forward to going back and staying there again ! We highly recommend it particularly now that we are back home under grey cold sky's in England.

  This condo was so beautiful and was stocked with anything needed. The location was great - right next to the club house and right on the beach. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos posted. I would definitely rent here again and would refer anyone else!

  My Husband and I just spent two wonderful weeks at this beautiful condo on the beach. It was very, very comfortable and had everything you might need to make you feel at home. I don't think I have experienced a better rental, it was first class. It was well decorated, clean and well located near the pool, restaurant, and club house. The staff at the office, pool, servers, and the rental company were welcoming and immediately put us into vacation mode. We immediately dug in for a lovely relaxing vacation. I would recommend this condo if you want a 5 star vacation in a 5 star setting.
