  We stayed in this unit for 4 weeks (March). It was spacious, for 2 people, with a nice view of the ocean. A good location for shopping, golfing, and accessing highways to travel quickly up and down the coast. Some of the listing information is not accurate. Ocean view is straight out and right. One of the Ocean Sands towers obscures views on the left which includes the 2nd bedroom and dining area. The kitchen is not fully equipped - missing is an oven, tablespoons (have dozens of teaspoons), drinking glasses (there are wine glasses & plastic beer glasses only). Kitchen cupboard doors open by grabbing the grooved bottom or top which we found to be very sticky. We could not clean them. The handle on one fry pan came off and the other was too dirty to use. One pan was replaced. There were no phones in the unit so we were given 2 phones but they were never activated so we had no phones for our 4 week stay. Sands Ocean Club allows smoking in all common areas, halls, lobby, indoor swimming pool, Sandals restaurant, and other areas so smoke travels all over. Ocean Annies is directly below this unit and during the warm weather it is open and loud music starts in the afternoon and goes on well into the evening. Even with the balcony doors closed you can still hear it. It's OK for a while but there's no way to turn it off. Week ends can be very busy at Sands Ocean Club so parking can be a challenge. This resort is a busy spot. We could hear the high speed elevator from inside the unit. The unit directly below us was being renovated so it was noisy most of the day. If you go out during the day it's OK.The rental company was very helpful and acted quickly to repair a leaky toilet, replace a fluorescent bulb, and replace a missing DVD player.

  Owner response: Your comments were received and we as the management company will make the adjustment we have control over, The comments concerning the Ocean Club itself are beyond our scope of control and cannot be addressed. Most visitors that stay here understand the enviroment that is the Ocean Club and Ocean Annies as listed on our description. We make it a point to adjust concerns when a guest is in house and would have done the necessary alterations when contacted. Rest assured, I will bring the necessary missing dinnerware up to specs quickly.
